Hi there! The Normatec Go will fit up to a 22 inch calf size. The wrap is adjustable though to make it fit anything smaller than that 22 inches.

Thanks for your inquiry! Yes, you do have the ability to use one leg attachment at a time. If only one attachment will be connected to the junction box, use the blocking plug located on the underside of the hose junction box to block off the unused air outlet.
