What’s the waist line minimum and maximum
Hi there! There is no minimum size for the Venom 2 Back as the adjustable velcro wrap can wrap around itself and be attached anywhere on the device. The maximum waist size for the Venom 2 Back is 47 inches, although we do have an additional extender that will add 10 inches to the wrap if needed. Please just reach out to customersupport@hyperice.com to get an extender sent to you!
How long can I keep on charge? Does it do harm if left on charger?
While it's not recommended or necessary to leave the product on the charger indefinitely, it should not cause any problems with the battery. Over-charging protections are put into all of our products as we account for them to be used in various types of facilities. The Venom 2 takes about 6 hours to charge completely if the battery is completely drained. This can also be checked on by looking at the battery indicator light next to the charging port when plugged in. When that light is a solid green color, then the device is fully charged.
Would this be effective ifor a bulged disc?

Can it be used on kneees
Our Venom 2 Back is designed specifically for the lower back region and may not fit well over your knee. We do sell our Venom 2 Leg option on our website that would be a better fit as it is designed for all the major muscle areas on the leg, including the knee.
can i use this in the phils 220v?
Our Venom 2 Back charger does have a universal voltage range of 110-240V which will allow it to be used internationally with an adapter.
