I'll start with the Con which is opposite to most people but it is short. I like going deaf when listening to a good movie, game, or music. These won't take it to that volume. That's it. The good. The volume it reaches is rich, balanced, and crisp. I get no static coming through from weak signal or anything. Very responsive and the mic has a great sound to it. I like that it goes mute when you put the mic on the upward position. The headset sits comfortable on my head and are large enough to fit around my ears nicely. Over time I loose awareness to having them on. I noticed that charging the headset is rather quick, you can power them while you use them though I am not sure if they are charging at the same time. I haven't personally noticed. I did get the low battery warning once and it just kept going regardless. I totally forgot I had gotten the warning because of how long they were going on that I never reached the shutdown period of it. Long lasting battery for my use and they charge rather quickly compared to other devices I have. Since these don't need to pair to anything when you swap the USB receiver between devices it is an instant connection for me. I have no complaints about this purchase and I highly recommend it.

I've logged quite a few hours with this headset already. I find that the battery holds a charge for a very long time. Even if I somehow get to the end of the charge, you can plug it into the USB port and use it while it charges. The headset sits comfortably on my head, and the voice quality on the microphone is pretty good. Overall, I would highly recommend getting this headset if you're looking for one.

Needed to replace an old set of headphones/microphone. I use these with students I tutor in math that live far away. My old set was usb so I was limited in movement. These being wireless makes a difference. I’ve used this new set with both my Mac and a pc. Seem less changing between the two platforms. Sound quality is great on my receiving end and my students can hear me 5 by 5. I also use them for gaming. Good results here too Volume control and on off switch on the phones. Battery lasts a long time. Quick recharging.

Here's my review, after 2-3 weeks of heavy use: Was looking for a good wireless noise cancelling mic, so I don't pick up so much "background noise" while I'm on work calls at home. Also, I live in the SF Bay Area, and usually take the train into the city, so was also looking for something that could potentially be used on the train to take calls, if needed. A lot of the headsets I was looking at, were coming up as gaming headsets, which I'm ok with, as long as it gets the job done. I was ok with spending a little more, if it could be multi-purpose, but a lot of what I found was stylish, with cool retractable mics, or great surround sound for gaming, but the mic wasn't that good. When I came across this one, the reviews seemed very positive, it was wireless, seemed to have a good mic, and was much more reasonably priced then some other headsets I was close to pulling the trigger on. When I was looking at the description, wasn't immediately clear what type of wireless it was going to be, then noticed it was a USB dongle, but didn't mention what type, nor had a picture. Was a little concerned about this, as my work laptop is a newer Mac, with only USB-C ports. I thought I'll give it a try, and do a same day, curbside pickup, and if it doesn't work, I'll return it. Get it home, and was really easy to setup, however the dongle was standard USB. I was in luck though, because I tried the USB to USB-C data transfer adapter my Google Pixel2 came with, and it worked perfectly! I was a little surprised actually, things usually never just work as they're supposed to, lol. Didn't need to download any software, it just worked. I even tried it on my phone with the same adapter, and it worked there as well! As far as quality, I'm not a music expert, but the audio quality is pretty good, and the ear cups are big enough to create a good seal around your ears to drown out a lot of background noise. For voice quality, I haven't heard how I sound, but have been on plenty of calls. Haven't heard any complaints from co-workers, and there's been more than a few times kids crying or dogs barking, and has either been unheard or low. If needed, I can always swing the boom mic up to manually mute, without having to quickly mouse over the mute button in the video chat software. Battery life is pretty good, lasts 2-3 days of near full work day use. If not on calls, I'll keep wearing them to listen to music. Overall, happy with the purchase, and feel like they're a great value.

the wireless range on this thing definitely doesn't match bluetooth devices but its okay if you are just sitting within 15 feet of the dongle with clear line of sight (walls kills the signal). The sound is good, which is what saves this thing... i like the bass. Its pretty comfortable overall and built okay. Others tell me that i come in clear on the mic and its convenient to mute since its just re-positioning the mic. Overall, I would recommend... but I wouldn't pay too much for this or expect too much from the get.

Was looking for an affordable and yet still quality wireless headset. This fit the need. It was easy to setup and sound is quite good. Like that I can just flip the over the ear speaker phones and just let them rest flat around my neck. Also they are compatible with my PC and my PS4.

Comfortable and reduces outside noise like crazy! I love the wireless but wished maybe I had bought a wired set. Long usage permitted, but glad I have an extra wired set of headphones. I’m not sure what’s up with mine, may not just be me, but there are times when they cut in and out and it drives me nuts and it’s always when you can’t afford noise loss. Cutout only lasts a second, but that second could have won the game or sent you to the lobby!

Doesn’t have great range for when you walk away from your pc or console. I also noticed when it does disconnect it reconnects quickly, but you have to turn the volume back up on the headset. Good sound quality though, and chat comes through nice and clear. Great battery life too

This headset is very comfortable and lightweight; it's great for chatting online or just using to watch movies on your laptop. The bluetooth/wireless feature is AWESOME! The range is great and I've never had a problem with the sound quality.

I Use this head set for work they are great comfortable. I not recommend for anything serious like radio work. It’s alway better to hard wire for that. But for making calls. Pc gaming, etc cant beat the price cant beat the quality.

I bought this mainly for work calls, since I work from home and wanted a headset that has the flip-to-mute function so I don't have to fiddle with a mute button. It's super easy to set up and use, and sounds amazing. It's very comfortable even if I'm on 2-hour meetings. I have not heard anyone complain about how I sound on the other end since I switched to this headset from the Jabra Evolve 65 that work has provided to me. I bought the Astro A20 after purchasing this one, thinking that it's going to be better overall and because I wanted a nicer-looking set. Turns out this HyperX headset is loads more comfortable and the boom mic is easier to flip up than the A20's rubber one. So I'm sticking to this one and giving the A20 to my brother.

Overall, great headset, love that it's wireless. Battery life is average, but it's great. I love how it sounds and loud it can get. It's extremely comfortable due to the ear muffs being able to swivel freely.

Haven’t had any issues, quality headset but it feels cheap because it’s lightweight plastic but it makes it easier to wear for longer periods of time. Really good headset for the money.

I use it for Skype and TEAMS when working from home. At 1st the range from the pc wasn't very good so, I used a USB extension cable to move the USB dongle higher above the pc. Now I can walk throughout most of my house without issue. Sound and mic both work good. I RDP into my work pc and both the mic and sound pass the sound through. That did not work with another headset I tried.

These fit nice around your ears. They are super comfortable and last for a long time on one charge. The sound is very good and they really block out background noise. Recommend.

I bought a set of A10 wired headset and didn't like them; the volume was lousy. So I bought these; the sound is crisp, nice, and surrounding with the enclosed earpieces. These are not deafening loud but do block out a lot of surrounding noises even on the lowest of volume. Love the adjustability of the head band it allows for good fit to small and larger heads. Wireless range is around 15 to 20 feet through walls and probably 30 or more with no obstructions. Overall they are a quality headset for a good price for those who don't want to break the bank for a headset and would rather put more money in a PC build.

Quality sound, very comfortable, even with my earrings. Mic is good, and the sound quality is wonderful, it mostly keeps outside noises away but won’t completely muffle it which is perfect for me.
Overall I really like these. They are very comfortable, have great sound and others can hear me clearly. The only thing I am having an issue with is that they don't stay on. I am using them to work from home to answer the office phone. When the phone rings I have to hold the button for 3 seconds for them to turn back on so I can actually talk to the person on the other end.

I bought this headset for work to allow me to have comfortable and long-lasting wireless connection for when I'm on lots of conference calls. So far this fits the bill. I can be on calls for extending periods and it's comfortable and doesn't make my ears overheat like many units do. Battery life is excellent, I can easily get 4-5 hours of calls in during a given day without issue
