My 2016 iPhone 6s Plus has been a workhorse. But the battery, of late, won't recharge to more than 84 percent. On long bike rides, I use my wireless earbuds to listen to Pandora, my bike tracking app updates and - often - my Google lady telling me where to go. My battery died so often that I had a new one installed. $51 dollars later, someone suggested backup power. It works perfectly, Now I can do all that stuff - and even take time to antagonize Facebook friends on the road! I wish it had come with a case - but not to worry. I was able to repurpose my former iPhone case, as shown, and my Insignia power source is safe and sound.

This particular charger is really good at charging, Insignia makes really reliable products. I have bought two because the first one was so helpful. There are two downsides. The LEDS that indicate charge level are really bright, so charging at night leaves a blue circle on my ceiling. The charging cord is kind of short as well.

Used it for the first time this week on our family cruise. Charged it up fully before we left and it lasted the whole week charging multiple devices at random times for random amounts of time.

I have the 12,000 and I bought my wife this 10,000 one that is in her stocking right now:) perfect stocking stuffer to fill it all the way up for $25! I can't wait till she sees it!!'

Sleek design, very lightweight and small enough to forget in your pocket! Great price for the 10k mAh. Allowing for 2 devices to charge at the same time is a plus. I love the led light indicators, that will tell you how much power left (remaining) in your charger!

This is a battery that holds enough power for several phone charges. It doesn't lose power as time passes and it is very dependable. It is compact and therefore is easily transportable. It charges quickly so it doesn't have to be attached to the phone a lot. It is high quality, durable and fairly inexpensive.

Nice compact size, lots of reserve power, works great with most devices but it has a compatibility problem with my iPhone XS whee is constantly switches between charging and not charging and so take a very long time to charge the XS. The IPhone software could be the cause but other chargers work with the iPhone, just not this one. So as much as I like the shape, light weight, and large capacity of this device I would not recommend it for an iPhone XS user.

I bought it on sale which made it easily the lowest priced 10,000mAH USB battery pack you can find. I have a new phone with a 3500mAH battery and it has no problem charging that at a reasonable speed - not slow. The fact that it can charge two devices at a time is great too. I think it's also pretty slim for 10,000mAH. I have one that's 4400mAH and it's much bulkier. The only negative I would mention is that to see the power left you need to look almost straight down in the four LED holes on the battery pack. It's not a big deal but I often find I need to pick it up and change the angle I'm looking at it to see what the power level is. I didn't feel this was a big enough deal to drop a star. I'm just glad it has four dots to show the power level and not less.

Bought for its slim size and capacity. Fits nicely under a cell phone, weighs about the same. Charges two phones simultaneously. Charges my tablet but not with the phone.

Took this on a recent trip overseas and it worked as I expected it would. There are a lot of these battery packs to pick from, but I wanted something that was inconspicuous, that charges quickly and has the backing of Best Buy. I like the color and the smooth edges (some I’ve owned are actually sharp). Time will tell, but it feels like something that will work well for a long time.

I love this power pack. It's been used twice in the last month. It holds 4 charges which was very helpful after the hurricane when power was out 8 days. I also used it in Europe to keep my cell phone charged when we were in an area where I couldn't make use of my laptop or the electric (my fault/I forgot the plug in portion of the charger). I would recommend this charger for those that travel or camp. It's really handy!!

I brought this because I needed a backup charger on the go just in case there wasn’t an outlet available. The purchase was totally worth it! I can charge 2 phones at the same time or I can charge my iPad and phone at the same time. The only con is that it takes a long while to recharge fully. Nonetheless, I would buy this again!

I have purchased several of these for my family so we can always have some form of charge anywhere we go. They do take a while for the battery itself to charge but I recommend charging it over night or while you are sitting around the house so you don't have to worry about it. Once the power pack itself is charged you are good to go for several charges. I have the iPhone 7 plus and it charges it up rather quickly. I recommend this to anyone who tends to burn through some battery on their phone or mobile devices!

The unit charged fairly quickly and has been maintaining a charge when not in use. It's small, not much bigger than a larger cellphone and makes for a great backup option. Button is accurate for indicating the amount of charge left, although I do wish it had a digital display like my other 20,000 mAH.

I now have 3 of these power banks (2 of 10k) and have bought one as a gift for my daughter. They REALLY come in handy during storms - or any power outage really. I have taken them on trips and they power my phone and my tablet more than once. Excellent quality and not too large or too heavy.

I ordered this battery as a back up battery for my cell phone. Since, most phones batteries are now burned in and you are no longer able to have spare replaceable batteries. The biggest advantage is that this Insignia power source has 3 times the energy (10,000 mAh) than most phone batteries (3,000 mAh average rating). The transfer of power is fairly reasonable rate (remember if it is too fast it will harm your phone battery). Also, you are able to use standard USB cables to charge you devices. The disadvantage is that it won't be enough for your standard laptop (too much high rate of drain), maybe it will work on some tablets? For the price (deal of the day), it is fairly reasonable and so far it appears to be dependable. It is light, small and easy to carry around. I carry this with me everyday and it has been a life saver when my phone as almost empty. I do consider this a good buy specially for those who need to have extra power around.

This battery back is a nice size, and with 10000 mAh of power, it can charge an iPhone multiple times. This battery pack has a 2.1A port for high-power charging. Th size is smaller and lighter than some other packs with same capacity.

I purchased this for my 15 year old and i could not be happier, for the price it stays charged for a long time with use before it needs to be charged again, very small,light just a great purchase
