A: Did you ever get an answer??? Bought mine 2 days ago.. the sales guy said it would work and after the first day it stopped charging. Only the first blue lights shows.
Q: Can this device charge multiple devises ?
A: Dude it says that specifically in the product description.
A: I am not sure why this happens but I think or guess it’s to prevent un planned discharge of the battery and conserve the life of it once charged ??
Q: How long will it take to fully recharge the portable battery?
A: There are 4 blue dots which indicate the amount of charge in the battery. In my experience, each dot requires about 1 hour of charging; therefore, to fully charge the battery should take about 4 hours.
Q: Does this work with any i-phone?
A: Yes it works with any iphone.
Q: is it solar powered to recharge it?
A: No, USB end into wall plug adapter and micro end into the charger/battery pack.
A: First did you fully charge the unit, not just a few (1-3) hours? A full charge usually takes a 12+ hours in the beginning for any power supply unit. It usually takes about a few charges to reach it's full strength. Next, check and see if your USB cable is working? Many times the fault is in the cable itself being worn on the metal connector ends. I have even seen new USB cables being defect. Try using a different cable. If All of these fail then may I suggest taking it back to the store for a new unit.
