“I purchased this from BestBuy about 8 months back. Was working fine but now when I put the power bank for charging, only the first light blinks. Nothing when I put it to a phone or press the small round button on it. Can i replace the batteries inside?”

Did you ever get an answer??? Bought mine 2 days ago.. the sales guy said it would work and after the first day it stopped charging. Only the first blue lights shows.

Exact same issue—extremely annoying, and device is useless. Clearly a design flaw. Insignia—MAKE THIS RIGHT.

Bought this for a ski trip and had the same issue after 2 uses. Switched to a samsung charging cable and resolved the issue for mine.
