“I purchased this from BestBuy about 8 months back. Was working fine but now when I put the power bank for charging, only the first light blinks. Nothing when I put it to a phone or press the small round button on it. Can i replace the batteries inside?”

• Did you ever get an answer??? Bought mine 2 days ago.. the sales guy said it would work and after the first day it stopped charging. Only the first blue lights shows.

• Exact same issue—extremely annoying, and device is useless. Clearly a design flaw. Insignia—MAKE THIS RIGHT.

• Bought this for a ski trip and had the same issue after 2 uses. Switched to a samsung charging cable and resolved the issue for mine.
