There are 4 blue dots which indicate the amount of charge in the battery. In my experience, each dot requires about 1 hour of charging; therefore, to fully charge the battery should take about 4 hours.

In fact, it takes a little bit more than 4 hours. If the charger can deliver only 1.5A, charging time increases accordingly.
