Wife and I wanted a larger tv for the kitchen, nothing smart or fancy, just for the news at dinner when we ate at the bar. We could have paid an outrageous amount but didn't want or need to. Connected it in five minutes with a spare HDMI and it is perfect for our needs. Super picture, surprisingly good sound for so small and inexpensive a package. Gave it four stars as I had to fabricate a small device to allow it to sit on the cable box, you can see it in the picture. The provided stand stinks and will only work in certain circumstances. Other than that much better than the old, far more expensive Sony it replaced.

The t.v. picture quality is low is NOT H.D. the space in the back to plug in accessories they are too close together, for some reason the leg stands makes the t.v. point forward and NOT straight, and to turn on the t.v. takes a bit longer than usual, However for the price and the size if you don't have much room and if you are going to watch it at close range (for example on your desk next to your p.c.) Then this is the right T.v.set for you.

Was tired of the old analog tv and all the wires behind it to recieve digital antenna signals. Saw this Insignia on the shelf for only $69.99. Was the perfect size. Couldn't resist the price. So far has an excellent picture. Receives numerous digital antenna channels. Good sound. My only negative is the speakers are on the bottom of the unit. So i had it just sitting on the desk. Now, have it propped up on the ends with a couple of books to amplify the sound. Can be wall mounted also, but doesn't come with mount. I have and would recommend again. Good for a secondary unit.

This is the second Insignia TV that I've purchased from Best Buy. The first is still in use in my kitchen at home and I purchased this one for my office at work. They are inexpensive and work well. The one in my home is over 5 years old and still works like new. I'd highly recommend!

This is a perfect size for our craft room. It works wonderfully and was easy to install and set up.

I use this for my video games and occasionally I watch a movie on it and the picture is really nice. Well worth my money so far.

I purchased this as a 2nd TV for my home gym. I didn’t want to spend much or have a large screen. This is perfect for what I needed. I hooked up an antenna and Apple TV and was set in less than 10 minutes. I was not looking for amazing sound quality or anything but I think in terms of picture and sound it is right on board with what I expected. Couldn’t beat the price, and I picked it up in an hour!

We purchased two of these units to use as screens/monitors for our kids Kano computer systems. They work great!

Just needed a radio or TV to listen to in my office but had not place on shelves for either. So the television, at such a low price and good size for a "small" tv was perfect. I had to buy the wall bracket but that too was not an large expense. Very happy that from my desk or from my futon in the office I can watch television. Works wonderfully!

Bought this primarily as a Monitor for my Video Work. It fits in my Carrier for my Camera to use for Videography. I actually hang it around my Tri-Pod (Using VELCRO Tape) and allows me to See what Cam sees while I guide Cam all around the Scene I'm After. Just the right size !! And Light Weight. Works Great with my Customized Video Setup.

Still has component input...most newer TV's have done away with this...great if you want to connect to the unused component output from a STB to run an additional TV...recessed kitchen TV...see pic

This TV replaced a 10+ year old unit which broke. Seeing this TV is in the kitchen, I did not have huge demand for top HD quality. Bought this from the scratch & dent sale, and I'm extremely happen with the quality.

I was looking for a small tv for me to watch when I stay at my moms. This has 2 hdmi ports as well as a USB port. I can use my amazon fire stick and my chromecast on it.

Needed multiple monitors for control programming. Work well for writing code and debugging.

My 19 inch Insignia television is an excellent choice for the price. It has a great picture and will go great in any great or children's room.

I like the "portable" size of this HDTV. Very good screen resolution. Unfortunately, TV does not have wake up mode.
