Q: Does this TV receive broadcast stations?

A: Yes. We do not have cable, just use a roof antenna.

Q: Do I need a TV converter box to use this tv or just an antenna?

A: We plugged one directly to cable with no box, and another to a new antenna no problem

Q: 12 v dc

A: I just picked one up got home and there is NO 12v input port on the TV, unlike the display model at the store and the picture their web site. There seems to be 2 versions of this TV out there. Best check it before you Best Buy it.

Q: Digital Tuner?

A: Yes, the TV does have a built in digital tuner.

Q: Can this be wall mounted?

A: The wall mount brackets for this TV are provided by Insignia on the box as follows: 1. FULL MOTION - Model RF-TVMFM01 2. TILT - Model RF-TVMLPT01 3. FIXED POSITION - Model NS-TVMFP12

Q: can this be uses as a monitor for my computer too?

A: Yes - it accepts an HDMI connection from any device. If you use a DVI connection, you have to do a separate audio connection.

Q: VCR HOO\K-UP?

A: This TV has both coaxial (round screw on) and composite (red/white/yellow RCA) connections types which are very common with VCRs. I don't foresee an issue with connecting your VCR.
