Customer Ratings & Reviews

Very easy to purchase item and setup delivery. It was delivered and installed in a timely manner. Very pleased with how it works.

I purchased this product because I had an insignia refrigerator. I also buy insignia microwave so that all the brands matched. It appears to be a good value.

Used it a few time and haven’t had any issues. Easy install.

I got this dishwasher installed a few weeks ago, used it about 10-15 times, then it started to leak. When the repairman got to my house, he asked me the brand. As soon as I told him, he asked if it was leaking on the left side, I said yes. He checked it anyway, but it was a bad seal... He knew before looking at it!!! Tells you all you need to know...

Really nice product I bought it for a house I was remodeling and selling should get one for my own house

Excellent Insignia™ - 24" Top Control Built-In Dishwasher - Stainless steel

I needed to replace my old unit and this one did it it's quite it and looks really great

Love the dishwasher. The delivery went very smoothly they did a great job

This was sold as comparable to the major brands, but doesn't come close. Best Buy supposedly owns this manufacturer. Control panel is difficult to navigate. Hard to even figure how to start the machine. Sometimes it starts upon close, sometimes it doesn't. Racks don't operate smoothly at all. For the cost, worst purchase I've ever made from Best Buy.

Extra features such as lighted inside and tray for utensils

Your delivery guys were awesome they deserve a 12 on a scale to 8

This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned!!

We bought an open item box and it broke within a couple days. We got the extended warranty just in case and now the part is on backorder so we are still waiting. The store refuses to help us and has continuously gotten their stories mixed up. We will never buy from Best Buy again and this has soured our view in the store. Very disappointed.

I love the stove ..I hope we have no problem with it

Regardless of the cycles you set, it does not wash the upper upper trays well. Does not dry at all. And it takes an act of congress to get it to come on. You have to keep setting and canceling and then it finally will start. The only positive is that it is quite. BUT I would gladly deal with the noise if it worked like it is supposed to.

Horrible. It is not working and I may not have a dishwasher for christmas. Best Buy does not appear to have anyone who is capable of working on this product. Do not buy! If I had a choice I would have this taken out and a name brand appliance installed. Learn from my mistake and purchase name brand appliance that is capable of being repaired!

This dish washer is horrible. Best buy delivered the first one, something was broken, the second one too didn't even made it to the house. The delivery service was about 45mins late. Horrible customer service. I am done with bestbuy.

Don’t ever buy this brand of dishwasher. The buttons stopped working, it gets stuck in a cycle and to top it off it Beeps all darn day

I had to call and have this replaced within 2 months. The second one has been no better. I would never get one of these again.

I have had nothing but problems with this dishwasher! Please think twice before purchasing!!!!!
