We love this! It fits perfectly in the truck while we are OTR. Keeps things cold and has plenty of room. We thought we’d have to spend way more than we had too and that was awesome! No issue so far and we’ve had it for about 2 months. It’s wonderful!

This seems to be a really nice unit. We wanted a small unit without a freezer section for our garage. Great size and large capacity.

So far this refreshment fringe is working great..! It was easy to set up, and runs quietly. Great buy for the money.

Great and wonderful little fridges. Nice because they don’t have the freezer that takes up 1/4 of the room. Roomy, lights and nice practical shelves and space.

Insignia 4.4 Cubic Foot Compact Refrigerator The Insignia compact 4.4 cubic foot refrigerator has a sleek stainless steel look which matches my other kitchen appliances perfectly. If you’re in need of an affordable, compact, but not to small Energy Star refrigerator with none of the bells and whistles, this stainless steel Insignia compact fits the bill. I received the Insignia compact just in time for our Thanksgiving feast. It holds a lot more than I thought it would. I placed a 9 pound turkey breast and half of a ham in it to thaw. With both items thawing in the compact refrigerator, there was still room for several bottles of water and several can sodas. The refrigerator was shipped in a large, but easy to remove box. It is recommended to let the refrigerator sit for 2 hours before plugging into a wall socket. The refrigerator has 4 temperature settings-OFF, MIN, MED, and MAX. After about a couple of hours my bottle water was cold. This compact refrigerator is about 34 inches high and about 20 inches wide. It has three adjustable tempered glass shelves, and a crisper at the bottom. On the door there are two door racks, four can racks, along with a bottle rack. This refrigerator DOES NOT have a freezer. All in all, I like this compact refrigerator without a freezer. I will basically use it to cool drinks. Highly recommend.

The Insignia 4.4 cubic foot mini refrigerator is the perfect size for a hobby/game room or a dorm room. The door can open on either side which makes placement easy, it can in any spot. Love the storage on the door. There are built in racks for canned drinks. There's also a bit of room on the door for litre size bottles. The vegetable bin is great and good sized. You can easily keep a week of food and snacks in this refrigerator. The temperature control goes from low to maximum. I checked the manual but I couldn't find where it provided a temperature range. Put a thermometer in the refrigerator but it didn't work out. Turns out, on the Best Buy website there is a clear picture of the temperature control showing the temperature range is 32 - 50. At medium the canned soda is nice and chilly cold. Why do I care about temperature? Because I thought this Insignia 4.4. cubic foot mini refrigerator might be perfect to store wine. And yes, a wine bottle fits perfectly. See picture. One item to note. The stainless steel color is talking about the color of the front of the mini refrigerator. The top and sides are black. I put this mini refrigerator in the garage to store wine, but if I had it in the house or a dorm room I would probably choose the color black.

I’d outgrown the tiny mini-fridge in my garage, so I was excited to upgrade to the Insignia 4.4 Cu. Ft. Mini Fridge. It’s roughly twice the footprint and triple the capacity of the little fridge it replaced, and the design is a huge improvement. The reversible door, sleek stainless steel and black finish, and smart door storage make it perfect as a dedicated beverage fridge, without wasting space on a freezer I’d never use. Pros: Reversible door and leveling feet for tight or awkward spots. Easy to use dial control targets 32–50°F for beverages and snacks. Interior usability: three adjustable glass shelves, covered crisper, LED lighting. Generous door storage (seven racks; up to eighteen 12‑oz cans and room for taller bottles as well. It’s much quieter than my little fridge was, and that didn’t make much noise to begin with. It holds a ton of drinks! As you can see in my photos, there’s already almost 2 24 packs of 12oz sodas in there, plus about 20 or so bigger and smaller energy drinks. Cons: No freezer might be a con for some people, but if you’re going to use this as a beverage fridge, you won’t miss it at all. I have no use for the crisper drawer, but I stuck some waters in there. You can fully remove it and more than likely fit more drinks down there. Overall: I really like this Insignia 4.4 Cu. Ft Mini-Fridge and really don’t have any complaints about it. Longevity is the only thing I can’t weigh in on, but if it’s like my other Insignia products, it should last a long time. If you need a beverage fridge for an office or a garage, you don’t really have to look any further than this one, unless you want more capacity.

The Insignia 4.4 Cu. Ft. Mini Fridge is a compact fridge for those who may need additional storage outside of their main refrigerator/freezer or live in an environment where they cannot accommodate a larger appliance. This model features a useful amount of fridge storage but does not have any freezer capability. After using it for a few weeks, I would say it is a useful appliance, but very basic. In the Box: - Mini Fridge - User Guide Unboxing/Setup: The mini fridge comes in packaging that allows it to be taken out by a single person as the box slides off from the top. Once unboxed, the unit has several pieces of plastic that need to be removed prior to use both inside and out. It is recommended to plug in the unit for several hours before using it. The biggest drawback I found while setting it up was the fact it only has ONE foot underneath that can be adjusted for leveling purposes. This means in certain situations it is impossible to keep it from rocking diagonally if your floor is not flat. In one area I set it up… this was the case. It should be very inexpensive to add two adjustable front feet on an appliance like this. I also noticed that it uses an incandescent light bulb on the inside. This is good as it should be able to be replaced if it were to burn out. Most appliances come with LED’s, which offer more light output. I would prefer LED, but some may not. It does feature a reversible door which is nice for getting it perfectly suited for one space. Usage: It has several fixed shelves and lots of door storage for cans. If you enjoy drinking, this fridge should be one to hold a lot of cans and/or bottles. It has a useful amount of space for those in a dorm or office that doesn’t have enough space for a larger appliance as it can fit under many desks or countertops. It is not rated for garage use but if you have an insulated, climate-controlled garage, I could see it being a great addition. Overall: I am disappointed by the fact it does not have two adjustable feet on the bottom to prevent situations from not being able to keep the unit from rocking. The interior provides ample space to store beverages, food, and other items but it lacks the capability to freeze which limits its usefulness to some.

Overall, the beautifully designed and energy-efficient Insignia 4.4 Cu. Ft. compact refrigerator with stainless steel doors is a good choice for space-constrained areas. On the outside, it measures 19.5"W (49.5 cm) x 21.4"D (54.3 cm) x 34"H (86 cm), (note, though, that it requires space around it for proper ventilation, e.g., 2" top/back, 1/2" sides), and on the inside, you get 4.4 Cu. Ft. (0.125 cu. meter) of usable refrigeration space, which should be suitable enough for dorm rooms, offices, or extra home storage. This fridge offers a good balance of compact size and useful capacity with can/bottle storage in the door, three adjustable shelves, a crisper drawer for veggies and fruits, and a reversible door for flexible placement. (By default, the door opens to the right.) Setting up the fridge was quite easy, as there was nothing to assemble. The leveling foot worked well for leveling the fridge on my uneven floors. However, setting up the thermostat was time-consuming because the temperature fluctuated a lot by 7°F (3°C). Typically, for optimal food preservation, the fridge temperature should be around 37°F (3°C). "Medium" is the right setting, but fine-tuning is necessary to avoid the fridge from cooling down to even below freezing and potentially damaging veggies and fruits. It might be a good idea to initially verify the temperature of the refrigerator on an ongoing basis by placing a thermometer in it. The interior yellowish light enhances usability at night. The cooling compressor of this fridge is quite audible and produces a higher-pitched noise when running. As such, it might not be a good idea to place the fridge in places where quietness is needed (such as bedrooms). You might not notice the sound in places of constant noise, though. (e.g., city noise, traffic noise, etc.). In summary, this fridge does what it's supposed to do, and it does it well enough except for a few things I mentioned earlier in my review.

Needed an under the counter refrigerator for a small space where friends and family could gather and still have access to cold beverages, etc. This small refrigerator is perfect for the space as well as looking good too. The stainless steel motif is perfect. The refrigerator is very quiet and cools appropriately. The price was reasonable…actually it was great. Pickup was great and the service personnel were nice and helpful loading the refrigerator in our vehicle.

This Insignia 4.4 cu ft mini fridge is compact yet very spacious inside with well-designed door storage that holds bottles and cans easily. It runs quietly which makes it perfect for an office bedroom or small apartment. The ENERGY STAR certification is a nice bonus and the stainless-steel finish looks clean and modern. Cooling is consistent and reliable. Great value for the price and highly recommended.

Compact but roomy. I got it because it didn't have the freezer part that is usually too small to do anything and takes up valuable real estate. The door storage is well thought out and very useful.

Our refrigerator broke on Thursday and we couldn’t get service until Monday. We wanted a small refrigerator just to keep some key items in for the weekends that we could later use as an extra for drinks in the game room. This unit worked perfectly. Cools well, looks great and holds quite a bit with good lighting so you can see everything.

This is a gift to my girlfriend for her office. The fridge has a lot of storage as well as holders for cans/bottles in the door. Having the option to change which way the door swings is nice in-case she moves her office around. The fridge looks nice and will hopefully do the job for years to come.

Great price, works well. It is stainless steel so it matches the rest of our items. It is actually very light so it was able to be carried upstairs by one person. It has a lot of room in it. Easy to use. We looked at several different refrigerators and this one had the most cubic feet for the price and the geek squad extended warranty is great. We have used it before on computers and TV’s and they were able to fix it quickly without a hassle.

This mini fridge was Exactly what we were looking for. Compact size. It's the perfect Hydration Station, as we can fit so many drinks in it, and it's so quiet.

Like the size, shelving options and that could get it without the freezer compartment. Love the light. Only comment would be to add a plug for the hole on the top of the door where the hinge hole is. I was able to find one that fit and now door looks complete on the top. We switched the door to the opposite side with no issues. Quick and easy to flip to open the opposite way that it was shipped.

Wanted some extra space for storing my protein shakes and energy drinks. It works great and looks great. The stainless steel finished matches the rest of the appliances in my kitchen instead of being the old-style white. Having a light on the inside is super nice as well. Keeps everything nice and cold with no problems. It was small/light enough that I could lift and move it with just me. With two people it would be a walk in the park. The build quality isn't the highest. I can see the seams where it looks like it was put together, but you can't beat it for the price.
