The product is great. I went in for open box and found it at a specific location. When I went in it came up about $6 more them the app showed. When I asked about the price difference I was told it was a locality thing and prices vary throughout the country. I think that was a garbage answer since I found the open box on the app for that location. It was only $6 more and I needed the cable, but I know I got ripped off. First and only time this has happened at a Best Buy. Good thing there are about five Best Buys were I live.

I asked the young man at the counter if this was a HDMI CABLE? For my computer to the monitor? He said yes, I was good to go. Got home, not even close . . Thx for checking for me when I asked at the counter.

Unfortunately the cable I purchased was broken. A couple of the gold prongs in one of the connector ends were bent so I was unable to connect the cable.

It stopped working after a week and would make the display flicker black. I cleaned the ports with air and inspected them but it still wouldn’t work properly

have been with best buy for over 15 years , if not 20 yrs. I purchased this cable for a desk top screen but didn't work. I went to return it only to find out that your return policy is only up to 2 weeks. I would hope you would make an exception and allow me to return this unused item. I will wait for your reply

this is probably just an issue with the monitor i have but everytime i plugged in this display cable in my monitor and into my pc, every now and then my entire windows system would freeze for like 3 seconds then the screen would turn black for 1 second then go back to normal, its really annoying.

I’ve had two of these in the past year. One I bumped against and broke, which I’ve had cheaper ones and nothing happen. Second one I have no idea what happen. Maybe the heat from my gpu(blower). But still disappointing

I bought 2 of these for my 3090 since I was around a Best Buy, but both didn’t end up working. So I end up buying 3 VESA Certified DP 1.4 from Capshi on Amazon. Works great.
