The cap keeper is worth the price on its own. Light, thin, non-obtrusive, yet durable and secure, so I never need worry about the pencil’s charging blade going unprotected. Plus, the included adapter tether provides the same solid, unobtrusive hold between my adapter and USB-C cord. That’s two fewer things I need to worry about!

I heard the cap on the Apple Pencil can lost easily. The cover fits tightly on the cap. The part the goes around the pencil stays put. When I am charging the pencil the cap doesn’t go anywhere. Must have it get the gen 1 Apple Pencil.

I kept losing the cap to my pencil. This was a great solution and fairly inexpensive. It took about two seconds to put it on. It also came with a piece for the charging adapter. I haven’t found much use for that but still nice to have.

This Insignia silicon cap has helped ease my OCD fear of loosing the original Apple cap. It makes so much sense!

This keeps the cap from getting lost, and keeps the charging adapter on the charging cable. It also keeps the pen from rolling around as much. Although it's pricey for what it is, I would recommend it.

Fits my Apple Pencil and keeps the top and the lightning adapter with it and I haven’t lost any of them so far

This works perfectly. You have to take the cap off the Apple Pencil in order to charge it. This keeps me from losing it and it doesn't get in the way. Its stretchy so it will have a little give. Overall this is a nice little product.

Really good cap. I use this as a replacement for my original Apple Pencil cap and it works great. Good right fit. No losing this !

This looks like a pricey accessory, but it offers significant peace of mind to protect your Apple Pencil investment. The silicone top fits well on the Apple Pencil cap, and the Apple Pencil cap fits securely within the silicone cap so there is no concern of loss when charging the Apple Pencil. There is an additional silicone accessory provided that enables attaching the Apple Pencil female to female lightning charger adapter to your Apple charger to prevent loss of that Apple Pencil accessory as well. Very well thought out solution.

The first generation Apple Pencil is notorious for having its cap get lost, which can be a pain in the rear end because you certainly don’t want to damage the Lightning port it covers. This cover does a great job of ensuring if your cap does come off (which mine does at least daily when taking my iPad in and out of my backpack), it stays close by and you can easily put it back on. I would have taken a star off if it was any more than $9.99, but at that price point, it’s a good investment to have with your iPad.

I like this pen but I don’t care for several things about it! First is the price. I feel that $100.00 is way to much for this pen. Also I don’t care for the set up of it. The tip will need to be replaced eventually, and the end where you have to recharge it is very small and easy to lose. Now for the price of the pen it should of came with a strap and a case for the extra tip. However ( the strap) had to be purchased separately,and there is no case for the extra tip. Other than this the pen does work good. Thank you.

When I bought my pencil, all I could think about is losing the cap, so I was walking thru Best Buy and saw this. It really works well and an added bonus is it keeps the pencil from rolling away. (Too bad they didn’t shape the pencil like a good ‘ol #2, but that’s a story for another review). The only reason it didn’t get a 5 from me is I think the price is a little stiff at $9.99. But alas, it keeps me from picking up my pencil off the floor. At a hundo for one of those, I don’t want to break it.
