I bought this product because my bluray player wasn't reading the disc all of the time. The player is much better than it was before, but still not perfect. I feel there should be a cleaning solution for the brushes to get a better clean. It has improved at least 80 percent better than it was before. The price of the cleaning disc was fair for what it is. All in all a great purchase for what I needed.

This Insignia Laser Lens Cleaner is super awesome!! It only took 9 seconds to clean my CD lens to my car stereo!! WOW!!

Bought for cleaning the laser lens of my xbox360. Asked the best buy employee if this is the right Cd to use. He said yes. $15 later, my Xbox still can't read cds, can't play any games. Makes sense tho, since it says unrecognizable disc for my games that used to work fine, then how could it read this laser lens cleaning cd with voice prompt instructions (that i never heard, because its not reading cd's properly). SMH. Save your money, ill be taking the cd back for a refund and asking the geek squad to check out the Xbox and getting it cleaned the right way.

I purchased an Insignia Laser Lens Cleaner so that I could clean my CD player and the CD/DVD drives in my computers, and I believe this laser lens cleaner did a pretty decent job. I've never bought a CD/DVD laser lens cleaner before, so I didn't really know what to expect. However, I was surprised at how easy and intuitive it is to use. The laser lens cleaner plays in multiple different languages and cleans your CD/DVD drive very, very quickly (it surprised me at how fast it was). You need to put it into the CD/DVD drive that you would like to clean and play it on track 2 after you start (track 1 isn't in English). It will tell you to wait for the beep noise that comes later in the track, and when you hear the beep noise, you need to switch to track 9. Track 9 tells you that the laser lens cleaner has finished, and if you want, you may listen to some music that is already on the CD. That's all there is to it. I wish there was a better way for you to notice if the laser lens cleaner actually did clean the CD/DVD drive and how well it did clean it, as it only appears to have improved performance marginally, to be honest, but I believe it did a pretty solid cleaning job. Overall, I don't regret my purchase, and I would recommend this to anybody who needs to clean their CD/DVD drives (whether in a computer or an actual CD player).

The only reason why I gave it a three star was because (the price was great it does clean your TV) -the problem with my TV it was more than about cleaning it I thought that I could just clean it and it would be fixed come to find out it’s something deeper so I really didn’t get to utilize this the way that I thought when I bought it I think it’s a great product I think every household should have one and the price is not that bad I would definitely recommend this to someone else but I only gave it a three star because it didn’t really help me with my problem -I am definitely keeping it

A simple product , reasonably priced ... it performed Beyond expectations . The disabled vet I bought it for was thrilled . He used it on his favorite dvd - was excited by the vast improvement a cleaned dvd looked in his new dvd player

I cannot say enough good things about this product. I was having a problem with my vehicle navigation system that used a disk data base. The system kept giving me a disk error. I thought it was coming from the system itself, so I took it to the dealership. They told me it would cost about $2600 to replace the unit. I decided to try cleaning the disk heads first before replacement. I bought this product and it cleaned the heads perfectly in virtually no time at all. Gave audible instructions on what to do. When I removed it, my navigation system worked perfectly. It worked so well I cleaned all my disk players with it after that. Amazing product!

I got this for an old CD player that started skipping over tracks more and more. I thought I'd have to dismantle the player to get at the lens and clean it, but I read about this laser lens cleaner and decided to give it a try. And it worked beautifully on the first try. No more skipping.

Put this in my Blu-ray and within a few minutes it was cleaned and working like new. It was well worth the price I paid for it and it also guides you thru telling you what to do next. If you own a Blu-ray player this is a must have lens cleaner to own.

We alll know what these do by now. I still have qn old Denon 18-Bit 5 VD Carousel Player FROM THE EARLY '90s and despite being built like a tank and having a fantastic analog stage, it, like many early carousel players of the era sometimes misses that their is a disc in one of the trays and skips to the next one. A regular cleaning with this sort of disc will eliminate such problems if done regularly. This one had the best price and I can't tell any difference between it and any of the other more expensive laser lens cleaner discs that I have used over the years. No reason not to buy this one and save a few bucks.

My Blu-ray player is older than my TV, router, and video game console. I noticed a few playback glitches like stutter and whatnot so I thought I would try cleaning the lens. This Insgnia laser lens cleaner is easy to use and very effective. Now my Blu-ray player works like new.

My 16 year old BOSE radio and CD player began skipping when CDs were played about a year ago. No one -- including BOSE -- was willing to repair or even examine my unit. However, a nice/helpful tech at Fred's Stereo in Portland, suggested I purchase a laser cleaner disc to see if that might remedy the problem. For less than $15, I thought what the heck. It worked perfectly, and my BOSE unit continues providing great service.

I knew that VCR's after a time need cleaning, but what I didn't know that DVD/Blueray players, the Laser Lens also need cleaning! I found this Laser Lens Cleaner, looking to replace my old VCR Head Cleaning Tape, for my combination DVD/VCR players. Since using this cleaner on all my DVD players, the picture quality is back to when I first bought my combination players over 10 years ago. This cleaner is very easy to use and the audio instructions come up on your TV screen on DVD mode once you put in the disc. The best part, the cleaner does not require any chemicals like some of the VCR Head Cleaning Tapes! I recommend this product to anybody who has had their DVD/Blueray players a long time, and never have cleaned the Laser Lens, you will see a big difference, I know I did!

It's a good quality sorta new DVD/Blu Ray/CD Laser Lens Cleaner but don't quite know the name brand. Maybe not excellent but needed in my old school world as I enjoyed watching DVD movies during the pandemic and listening to CDs a lot so cleaning the laser lens does help it play better and sound smooth and better. For me I'm not satisfied yet with ipod or itunes stuff yet! So thank you for one choice.

I had some CD's that were skipping in my cd/dvd player. The Insignia laser lens cleasner was very reasonably priced and with a very few exceptions all my CD's play without skipping. It is very easy to use.

Good cleaner and good price. I have used it on my dvd players and my cd player and it does a very good cleaning job.
