Was happy with the sound quality, but 2 years and 4 months later they no longer charge or turn on. Purchased the extended warranty, which is 2 years CONCURRENT with the factory warranty, so DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They know how long the product will last. In addition, this set was well taken care of and never abused, used only in my car for talking on phone. Will replace with Sony or JVC.

The wire on my previous headset was crackling, so I went into BB to see what they had. This model was on sale (clearance, I think). It's a bit bulky and heavy, but the sound quality is good and my wife said that when I'm speaking with her while I'm driving she can barely hear any background noise. The active noise cancellation is really good - but REMEMBER to turn it off, even if the headphone main control is off, the ACN still remains activated until the hard switch is turned off. When turning it on, a voice says "Power On" and "Your device is connected", but won't tell you what the battery level is - my old one used to say things like "Battery Full" or "Batter Level High" It doesn't give much warning when the battery level is low. I paid $40, the regular price was $80 and because it was so cheap, I added the extended warranty.

Pros: I think the sound quality is great, and the mic seems pretty good too. The noise canceling is definitely there and helpful. Cons: This unit slides around way to easily. The noise canceling component is rather large but it is mangeable. It is a little clunky, at times, connecting to my cell phone, though it will work, even if sometimes I need to shut off/on again. The biggest issue for me is that it does not vibrate. Had I caught that fact, I would not have bought it. So, if the ear bud is off, and your phone is silenced (common for me), you'll miss calls.

These headphones are pretty decent for the price. They sound good, the battery last approximately 8hours with a full charge. Noise cancelling actually works, I know!! I use them for work and it's machines running non stop. Retractable headphones actually work very well. Very lightweight, but the material seems kinda like cheap plastic. Other than that they are great.

The sound is very clear. I am hearing instruments in songs I had not heard with other cheap ear buds. I like the layout of the buttons and the ear buds fit perfectly. I like the built in switchable mike so you can hear people talking to you without taking one of the buds out of your ears. The batteries last a long time. The retractable buds are unique but I hold on to the cord to the force of them snapping back into the holder doesn't wear the connection and eventually rip off the bud. I have never had noise canceling buds before so I don't know how well these perform that function. The collar unit is a bit large but I just wear them for casual listening and seems fine. The size might be a problem when jogging or running. Also, I don't use it to answer the phone so I cannot judge that function. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

These headphones provide good sound and have a comfortable fit. The retractable ear buds is a nice feature but the answer button is hard to find when answering a call because it is recessed too low. Another problem that I experienced is the separation distance is not that great and I can't talk on the phone while the phone is on my side in a holster. The phone has to be visible to the headset.

I bought this as a gift for a telephone company employee whose job is mostly done while talking on the phone. This has a good sound quality and she is hands free to work while talking to the customers. I only gave it four stars because it is larger than the brand that she was using.

I really like these. I use them to talk on the phone around the house when I'm cooking or cleaning and sometimes when I am out and about. They are comfortable around my neck. I like the retractable ear buds. They are a bit heavier than some of the other headphones I have had.

I bought this Bluetooth on 3 different occasions because of the price. I refuse to buy a Bluetooth for $100 and they all break eventually. Its great once the phone is insight.. The range is not so great. i.e going from room to room you will lose connection. The volume is great, you can speak and hear really good. Good to music too.

For the price, these are much more effective than the more expensive LG models I have used. The noise cancelling is proactive so it knows what to block out in my noisy surroundings.

I have a different brand of these style of headset. It broke, so I needed a new one. I got this on Deal of the Day. I like it, it works. It feels a bit bulky around my neck compared to the other kind, but it'll do the job.

We bought these for my fiance to use at work. The sound on these headphones was pretty decent. Fairly loud with a good balance and the built in mic picked up voice nicely during phone conversations. It was easy to setup and begin use. Unfortunately the quality in product manufacturing was lacking. Less than 2 months after the purchase, the headphones no longer will hold a charge. This of course happened just after the point I could return them with BestBuy so now I'll be stuck arguing with the manufacturer.

Super easy and light weight, easy to store and super durable. Great for the money if you don't want to spend a grip on wireless headphones.

Useful audio jack cable requires no charge. A little frustrating that it sometimes doesn’t automatically connect to all devices after being paired. Silencing function works well.

I’ve spent couple thousand on different head phones, buds, etc. These are as good as any bud type out there at a fraction of the cost. I’m hard on buds, workout, sweat etc. Fried my last three LG devices w sweat. These Insignia branded buds are near indestructible! Great sound. Not a sexy look but work great. I get so tired of expensive buds dying after a few uses. I would definitely buy again.

These are truly alright headphones. The noise cancellation is okay and it is "active" and honestly for the price I can't really complain. There's the option to use a cable to plug into your phone which is nice and weird at the same time because it's a micro USB to 3.5mm which I've never seen before but I like it. Battery life is also pretty good just wish when I bought mine they came in black. Of course now they do.

These are great headphones for the price. The only complaint I have is that have to charge them nightly. Otherwise, they are awesome!

The noise canceling feature is my favorite thing. The volume is great for noise filled environment. Ear plugs are q great fit.

These headphones look better in the picture than in person. They are all plastic, too light, a bit bulky, and a bit cheap. I like the retractable earbuds, but they aren't as nice as I expected.

The noise canceling is great for road trips and flights. I’ve used the insignia earbuds for at least a dozen flights and love the sound quality for my music especially when the noise canceling is on. No outside noise and great sound quality for music. It’s important to get the buds to fit snug in your ear or outside noise can get in. It came with three different sizes for the ear pieces.
