Hello Ali - Great question! Our hearing aids are pre-programmed for common types of hearing loss, allowing you to select from 3 preset hearing profiles and use them right out of the box. From there, your hearing aids can be custom programmed remotely by the Jabra Enhance Audiology Team based on your hearing needs, and you can have a licensed hearing professional walk you through every technical step via a video appointment, like fine-tuning your hearing aids based on your feedback, all included with your purchase. At any time, you can request further remote programming adjustments from our Audiology Team and make changes yourself using the Jabra Enhance Select app.
