Speaker was used had scratches packaging was opened talk to an agent about getting it replace or getting a discount waited after 14 days didn't get help from no one cause it was passed a a refund return window even though it came opened

No power after 4 weeks. The unit wouldn’t turn on anymore. Best Buy only gave us store credit.

First, check if the power cord is properly plugged into the outlet and to the PartyBox. And, for the “Air Gesture Wristband” replace the battery with a new one and reattempt powering it on. This speaker is very nice, the light show was perfect, bad the JBL quality was very bad, I just used a couple times this speaker and was damaged. I just returned because it was very expensive speaker.

I’ve had my JBL speaker for almost two years, and out of nowhere, it randomly stopped working. I absolutely loved the speaker, but when it malfunctioned, I didn’t think to return it to Best Buy for warranty assistance. Instead, I decided to reach out to JBL directly for help. Unfortunately, my experience with Best Buy was disappointing. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and I was turned away with no resolution. Despite having clear evidence that the speaker stopped working before the warranty expired, I still couldn't get the support I needed.
