I noticed that this says that it is surround sound. Is it 7.1 surround sound?
Answered by JBL SupportOur JBL Quantum 100 doesn't have surround sound but is compatible with Windows Sonic Spatial Sound which is a native surround sound system built into Windows 10 and Xbox ONE consoles.

What is the measurement of the size of the ear pieces? my current pair is 3" x 3.5" and the padding causes my earrings to hurt my ears if I leave them in while using them, so I'm trying to avoid that in my next pair.

Can the headphones connect to music devices (for example an organ) by using an 6.5 mm adapter? Or they only suitable for the devices listed on the box itself?
Answered by JBL SupportOur JBL Quantum 100 is mainly designed for gaming but it can also function as regular headphones and can be connected to a musical instrument. You also have the option to remove the Boom mic of the headphones.
