My RGB Lights on the side suddenly stopped working. I tried unplugging and plugging back in the USB-C port but it won't light up again. I've left the Cord plugged in overnight a few times. Is that the reason why? If so how can I fix it?

My microphone doesn't work well in ps5. My friend voice echo when they talk to me and my voice hear like i speak inside a box.

Can this headset be used for music on an android?

I have the headset in the USB slot on my PS4, it works and the lights turn on. The lights are currently flashing/pulsing in a colour sequence of 4x light blue pulses, followed by 1x purple pulse. And then repeating. Are there supposed to be more colours?
Answered by JBL SupportOur JBL Quantum 400 has an RGB-Lit JBL logo on the earcups. The colors and style of lights can be modified by downloading the JBL Quantum Engine Software on your PC. If you need the software to be downloaded, please visit our website or reach out to our Customer Support.
will this device work with a woojer vest , i am asking about the anc and dts modes and rgb on if its 3.5mm

If you'll be using a 3.5mm connection to link our JBL Quantum 400 to the Woojer Vest, the ANC feature of the headphones won't be available, as ANC requires power from a USB connection. Similarly, the DTS headphone:X 2.0 feature and the RGB lighting also require the USB connection to be used and the JBL QuantumENGINE software to run. Regardless of these feature limitations, you should still be able to enjoy high-quality audio from the headphones.
