I also learned that I missed the return date by a couple days! I don’t want to return, I want an exchange…

The speaker is weak for jbl the music is crisp but the sound is weak. Even after adjustment with the jbl app there's no bass the volume levels are comparable to cheap speakers. If you dont like loud music volumes its for you but me i like to listen while working or in the house and hear from another room this speaker is not the one for that. Missed my return deadline because of work guess im stuck with it. My charge 4 is a stronger richer sound then this one and its half the size. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless you're tone deaf.

This is not what we want you to experience with our JBL Xtreme 3. If your speaker is not charging, please try another charging cable and power adapter. You may also try using a different wall outlet to ensure that the issue is not with the outlet. Sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air, and ensure that the power rating of the adapter is 2 amps or higher. Sound is great quality, but this speaker is not loud and will not be good for outside use. The ION speakers are a lot louder.

Not impressed with this speaker for how expensive it was. Not very loud. Ok sound quality. Nothing great. Expected better from JBL. If you’re going to spend that much might as well get the Sony speaker instead.

Poor bass quality. No lows only highs. It is certainly loud. Obnoxiously loud but without any bass what so ever. We purchased two. One for each of our bikes. Guess we’ll have to wait for something better.

I have been a big fan of JBL for many years but am very disappointed with the Xtreme 3. I have had it for a little over a year and only used it sparingly given the fact that I am addicted to purchasing bluetooth speakers and have several around the house plus Sonos in every room. However after only using a handfull of times the Xtreme 3 will not power on. I have done research and tried everything to remedy the issue but it will not power on.

Never got the item. Someone else pick it up. Called customer service. They could never help me !! Said I needed to dispute with my bank. Never ever buy at beat buy again. They r terrible and don’t have a store number !!!!! Never buy at beat buy again !!!

I was a fan of JBL because I own a Flip 5 so I figured I wanted a bigger one for the bedroom, the first one I bought I sent it back because it kept disconnecting from whatever device I was connected to, now the new one does the same every 5 minutes or so, never again will I purchase another JBL VERY EXPENSIVE PAPERWEIGHT!!!

Please ensure a clear line of sight between the speaker and the source and shut down unused Bluetooth products nearby. Verify if the issue continues across different music applications and devices. You can also try resetting the JBL Xtreme 3 by Pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 3 seconds. while the speaker is powered on. JBL is my favorite brand for speakers But this model I had a bad experience specifically with the battery it took long to change and then it didn’t las long charge called customer service and told me how to reset the speaker and it worked great for two days and did again and I reset it again And now it didn’t change the battery So I returned back to store after a week of use

This had to be the most disappointing JBL item i have purchased. For the size and the price you would think it would be amazing sound and bass. After testing it on 6 different types of musical styles the it was less the sub par. Took back the same day.

Don’t bother buying this. It’s not compatible with the extreme 2 also you can answer your phone on it. I bought this because two of my friends have the 2 and I wanted to sync up with them and didn’t find out until it was too late and I was out of the return policy timeline. Basically wasted my money

Tue charging port does not work. I’m not sure if only the blue speaker? I bought my husband the black one and everything is fine. This is the second blue one I buy and I’m about to go return it because it does not charge. I even tried his charger for same one.

For $420 this is by far the worst sounding speaker you can buy. Absolutley does not match the price you have to pay for the quality it is.
