This oven is literally everything that I need. It is taking my bakery to the next level.I was able to produce four times as much in the same amount of time as I was before I got this. It's reliable and I love the smart features.

Brand new oven installed and has a issue. Fan won’t turn off. Needs repair and only used it 2 times

Team Best Buy made this so easy. Double oven crashed before the holiday’s, and they were all over a replacement. Their knowledge was what really mattered.

Bought this oven in 10/2019. During installation, the initial oven did not work. They replaced it with a new unit after about 10 days (not Best Buy). The membrane control panel has failed twice, needing replacement (~7 day delivery each time). Oven recently failed due to over heating,,, very, very hot! (thought we were going to burn house down) lower fan on upper unit also no longer freely spins. Of course, 3 months out of 5 year extended warranty. Needs replacement. (Probably another brand)

Had unit ~4 years. 1st was DOA and they replaced it. In July/2021, the lower light would not go off. Warranty, Jennair replaced the control panel. We waited a 2 weeks for delivery. Yesterday, the display said F2E1:stuck key. Of course it’s over the holidays (service center closed) and appt not for 5 days. Probably the display/ control panel and the list price is >$1000,00. Delivery time= ??. Panel has a lifespan of ~2 years. That’s about $3 per bake!
