I installed this cooktop in less than a day after having removed an older Whirlpool cooktop with downdraft. The Jenn-Air product performs very well, cleans easily, and looks great. Additionally, the downdraft system design does not pull the flames on neighboring burners, keeping the heating uniform.

We are very happy with our Jenn-Air Cooktop. It is head and shoulders above the other brands. There is plenty of room for all your cooking needs and still have the pots spaced apart. This unit make me feel like cooking.

Absolutely amazing downdraft cooktop with 5 bronze burners of different sizes for different cooking needs provides you plenty of cooking area. Single touch ignites burners and there are three settings for down draft fan. Very powerful downdraft to remove any cooking odors. Easy to clean surface. Solid design and easy to install. We used best buy installation services through pacific kitchen. They measured and cut the stone kitchen top professionally to install the cooktop and cleaned up everything.

I am really enjoying this unit. It's easy to install, and great quality. I love that the knobs are all metal (plastic gets damaged by hot pans). Plenty of cooking space. My only concern is the down draft if turned up pulls the heat down with it. Takes things a little longer to cook. I only use it on low generally.

We have had this cooktop for 3 years now and it still looks amazing and is almost commercial grade quality. Love the built in vent, we also have an additional ceiling vent as well. Will truly make a statement in your kitchen. Worth the money for how durable it is and ease of care.

I replaced an 18 year old JennAir unit similar to this one, and I am very satisfied with this unit. It cleans well, very quick to light (not a lot of clicking), heats fast, and it's ergonomically well done. The printing around the knobs is pretty faint, but it's obvious which knob goes with each burner so it's not a big deal. I definitely recommend this item if you need a downdraft unit.

Nice to replace a lousy electric cooktop and to use downdraft, but I wish there were two same burners for using a griddle.

Delighted with our new "downdraft", 36" Jenn-Air Gass Cook Top purchased from Best Buy. We have found many uses for the 5th burner. The installation went well even though the Corian counter-top needed to be enlarged for this cook-top to replace our 14 year old, odd size (34"), ceramic gas cook top. We were constrained to a "downdraft" vision due to our kitchen configuration. The cooktop works well and is easy to clean. We should have replaced the old cooktop several years ago. The expertise of the Best Buy home advisor and the Best Buy installer were very instrumental and helpful in making the transition to this cooktop.

This cooktop is wonderful! It is definitely professional grade and cooks much more even and at high temps. Its easy to clean and looks very modern.

This cooktop not only looks great but performs even better. We replaced an aged JennAir unit (23 years) to fit the decor of our kitchen and this performs! The heat is amazing and the aesthetic is incredible. Given it's a JennAir, I don't have any qualms about it outlasting us in our house.

Great value for what you get. I needed to get a cleitn a combo cooktop and downdraft, and they make many models separately, but that would have been a mess trying to get it all installed. I found a few combos for a much higher price point - this one was perfect, heavy duty box, high CFM down draft, and high BTU output.

Nicely designed, both form and function. My only complaints are as follows: 1. The flame detection system did not work for the igniters, so they continually spark - probably a quality testing and control issue. 2. knobs out of alignment (minor and small possibility done at install).

After owning a Jenn Air cooktop for almost 25 years with only an igniter switch problem, the parts had become obsolete, so we decided to purchase another Jenn Air cooktop...easiest decision we've ever made. Love it !

a neighbor has the same she loves it mine is still in box no contractor yet to install! I'm excited to have it easier to clean up it has a fast side burner for big pots even canning. It's a win-win product!

Cooktop replaced an older gas Jenn Air version and this unit is definitely an upgrade. Easy to clean as well. Satisfied with the purchase.
