I bought this to replace a headset from this same brand I use for work. Part of it had broken so perfect excuse to replace with something better. I had perfect connection with this same brand on my work laptop, but this item refused to stay connected, whether via USB or Bluetooth. Windows and this device couldn’t seem to stay compatible, no matter what setting I adjusted. The sound was great on this device and it was very comfortable. I really wanted it to work, but ended up returning. Comes with a convenient charging stand, adds to the esthetic, I suppose. Hopefully others would have more luck than I.

I liked the basic design and sound, but although it paired with my samsung galaxy, it would not pair with my bluetooth capable panasonic desk phone. Tech support was no help. Also, it paired, then unpaired frequently.

The product itself felt sturdy and high quality. But after a few days, I had to return it. It could not sustain a connection. Every single one of my Teams calls kept losing connection. I tried both bluetooth and the dongle connection but it did not matter. I kept losing the connection. It would work for a few minutes and then it stopped working. The battery was fully charged each time. I wanted to like it because it was comfortable but it did not function as intended. Maybe it was a bad batch, I'm not sure.

The usbc dongle was too wide and you can’t connect anything else. Unfortunately not able to work with my wfh system

Sound quality and mic are good but the headset disconnected from the pc every so often. Had to return it

When using the USB connection the headphones keep disconnecting

Had to call the Geek Squad to come and set up! It has terrible instructions! Not intuitive at all. Very disappointed!

I was excited to get these as a Christmas gift before returning back to work from maternity leave. I worked with them for about a month and the mic stopped working. The mic can not with stand being put up and down I work about 12 hours a day on the phone. The comfortably was good I enjoyed my time with them but on to my next set of headphones.

Doesn’t connect automatically to Bluetooth also the side buttons dont work for noise cancellation and need to use the app on my phone to set anything for the headset
