I am deeply disappointed with the product I purchased from Best Buy. This item is subpar and should not be offered for sale at Best Buy. It should be immediately discontinued. The file transfer process is excessively slow, resembling the performance of Windows XP. When I attempted to request a refund, the store informed me that I had exceeded the two-week refund period. I was incredulous, as the product is fundamentally flawed and should be compensated for the valuable information it provides. The AI features are rudimentary and akin to those found in a kindergarten classroom. Additionally, I am displeased with the fact that my AI assistant has an Asian voice. I am not opposed to Asians, but I would appreciate the option to choose from different models. would I recommend this product? That's a hard no
