After installation, the bracket is so stiff. It takes so much effort to adjust the bracket that I'm afraid to push and pull from the tv. It feels like I"m going to break the tv. How can I make the bracket easier to adjust?
Answered by Kanto LivingDan, You can adjust the tension of the mount with the included allen key on the screws in the "elbows" we do recommend 1/4 turn at a time, until you can move the mount easily.
