Is it possible to adjust the height after installation? I am just slightly off (too low) and need to raise the tv. Some mounts have an adjustment option after they are installed, but I was not sure if this had the option?

The wall I am attempting to install has first drywall, then studs and then brick. What would be the minimum gap between the drywall and the beginning of brick for installation? Thanks.
