Bought this July 2020. Last week December 2021. This unit is no longer working. The power turns on, however it does not brew. It looks like the water pump is no longer working.

Worked great for 6 months. Didnt use it for a few months. When i turned it on i heard a big pouf sound and the machine was rendered useless.

great counter top simple and compact design but unfortunately it died after six months of ownership and for that is a waste of money for any one

Literally worked for 11 months. Don't know if it just got a bad one but too much time had passed to get a refund. At the time I thought the price was fair until I saw the exact same Keurig for 1/2 the price 6 months later. I did buy another keurig just not that model

Bought one of these new K-Slim Keurigs to replace our old unit that served us well for many years. Loved the smaller size and it functioned much like our old one. It's much quieter too. It gave us 4 great cups of coffee before dying. It started brewing it's 4th cup, but just stopped and shut off. I'm returning it today. Sad! I'm hoping we just got unlucky and I'll try and replace it.

This is a piece of junk. I’m on my 2nd one in less than a year. I thought maybe the first one was a lemon. I’ve had this one less than 2 months and it is already exhibiting the same issues as the first one. It spurts and won’t fill the cup. Either nothing comes out or an amount less than the ounces chosen comes out. It is clean. We don’t use tap water with it. And we don’t use it constantly - 2 cups per day - 7 days per week. I have an older model and we replaced it with this one because we liked the slim design. I had that one for at least 3 years - probably more. Note: purchase date for 1st one was 8/16.

The product had a 15 day return which I was not aware, I was 5 days out, so I could only get a store credit, needless to say I’m not shopping there anymore.

I had lots of issues with getting lots of grounds in my cup of coffee. Also it said I need to descale it and I would and it still wouldn’t reset.

Required to use proprietary pods. They do not accommodate paper filters and allow too much sediment to accumulate in the bottom of the coffee cup.

I have had several Keurig machines in the past and each new unit seemed to be less than the one it was replacing. This one was the bottom of the barrel. I pulled it out, fired it up and tried to make an 8 oz cup of coffee. I only got 4 or so ounces. I figured ok, let's try this again. Same thing. I went online and followed the troubleshooting guide to "calibrate" the unit. Still can't get a full cup of coffee. I called tech support. Remember this is less than a day old. They made me go through the exact same procedure that I told them I had already done. Their solution was to send me another unit. Unfortunately they were out of stock but as soon as they got some in they would send me one. Amazing!!!! Needless to say I took it back and bought a different brand that actually works like the very first Kuerig I owned years ago.

I’ve had Keurig coffee makers for many years. I liked the smaller profile of this one. I must have gotten a defective product. The coffee pod explodes and coffee grounds go everywhere. It also is extremely slow when it does go through a normal cycle without exploding. I contacted Keurig and their customer service was extremely helpful. Hopefully the new one will be better.
