In general, makes a good cup of coffee; however, there seems to be an annoying flaw with this model: It indicates that the water needs to be refilled when, in fact, the tank is full. You have to mess with the tank valve at the base of the tank, and/or disconnect power and wait, reconnect. I gave two stars because mine is the 2nd unit in an exchange for the same issue. Thankfully BB has the best service.

This unit is quiet and takes up far less space on the cabinet however it clogs frequently. I returned it. I went back to my dinosaur that I had hoped to replace with this one! I would not recommend this coffee maker if you use it often.

This machine has issues, we returned it and got a new one.again after 3 months the descaler light will not go off.after using descaler solution 2xs. Keruig has no answer to fix it. Looking for a different machine that uses coffee pods.

Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear about this. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Slim coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the descale process is complete, the DESCALE notification should turn off automatically. If you followed the correct process for the K-Slim and are still experiencing this, please call our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739, we will be more than happy to help.

Really good in the beginning but over time it does go out and even after descale cycles it just doesn’t work like it used to.

I’ve had Keurig coffee makers for several years. This one is noisy. Also, you have to keep refilling the water tank because it doesn’t recognize that water is in the tank. The coffee is very good-so at least that part gets a thumbs up. Planning on sending it back though.

Wife wanted one, I tried to convince her a nespresso was better for quick good coffee.. but here we are. I used to have this when they first came out . For some reason I don’t remember it being this bad. Unless you drown your coffee in cream or milk, this just tastes like hot nothing. Tried several types and brands of k cups and it was like all were missing the actual coffee flavor . Ended up giving it away. If you like coffee and want pods. Get a nespresso.. don’t trust this

The item works fine, but it's not for one person. You have to fill the reservoir almost halfway to get it to work. If you're only having an 8 or 10oz cup. that leaves alot of water just sitting there for hours and maybe days if you don't get back to it. The description doesn't tell you about the reservoir minimum to activate.

I purchased my Keurig Slim two weeks ago this month in April, and I was excited to to try this model out. Prior, to owning the Slim, I had owned the Mini, but that only lasted almost two years. The mini was not brewing the correct amount, so I purchased the Slim. It's been less than a week that I've been using the Slim, and when I select to have 18oz. of coffee to be made the Keurig will only brew 8oz. instead. This was the same problem that I was having with the Mini- Kuerig. What is going on?

I really liked my Keurig coffee maker until 5 months later it just quit working. I talked to Best Buy a out exchangeing it and was told their were no options for me to return it which was very disappointing.

After about 2 months it stopped working. I am not sure what happened. I put the k-pod, selected my coffee choice and started working like normal until it didnt-smoke start coming out.

I feel it’s made really cheap. It’s not as good as original Keurig. It just not good. If I don’t fill the water it won’t work well even if I want one cup

Coffee maker is just okay. Water flow doesn't stop at the correct amount. It puts one or two ounces of extra water in the cup.
