Purchased appliances in May. Tech came to my home and ordered the wrong refrigerator, which I came found out when they came to install in July. New one ordered and installed improperly. This is the order from hell. I spend 16,000.00, and this should be a exciting and happy experience. My home was damaged and the refrigerator is still not installed improperly as the second team that was sent out said they were not qualified to install a built in fridge. Help, Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can I write a review when you cannot get me the refrigerator that I ordered. I ordered it on June 25th and the delivery date was July 9th. It has been rescheduled several times with the latest date August 20th. Now you have postponed it again.

After 3 years and one month, the board stopped powering the compressor and had to be replaced. This is outside the warranty period and therefore we are out $500 plus all the food that was in the fridge and freezer. Additionally, several of the LED lights are already not working, which is another $200. Its ridiculous that a fridge costing as much as a used car lasts only three years.
