This is my second Kitchen Aid oven. I was impressed with the first one and decided to get a second Kitchen Aid oven. The upgrade after 12 years have definitely improved. I’m happy with my decision to purchase another Kitchen Aid oven.

Don’t buy a KitchenAid appliance! So far this oven and the microwave. The be oven died after using the self cleaning mode. It blows the fuse and you can’t open the door. It is a known flaw that they acknowledge but won’t fix. You have to break the door to open the oven. So you will need to buy a new oven because that voids any warrentee you have.

I love my brand KitchenAid, but I don’t like the service that Best Buy gave me. I paid for Installation and everything and yet I had to get someone to do it ourselves so I’m not happy at Best Buy at all.

I always had KitchenAid ovens (over 40 years) and this model is the best yet! Totally quiet operation. Can't even hear the fan, does not heat up the floor in front of it.

Not a great oven. The display board kept generating an error of FE10 when cooking potatoes at 400F. It had to be replaced. Apparently, the oven isn’t venting moisture properly and it penetrates into the display board. It might be a design flaw….
