I bought this laptop for school so I could do my assignments on Windows, but I have never been able to get the laptop to load properly. It is so bad that it even took over an hour to get passed the password screen. I waited to actually get it checked out (because I'm tech-dumb and was mostly getting by with the Chromebook), and finally decided to see if my laptop could be fixed after two years. I also have another laptop that's a Chromebook and I've been using that instead of this one. After getting it reviews by geek squad, I actually had a chip issue and was told I would basically need a new laptop because repairs would cost that much. I don't think my experience was a normal case. I was really hoping it would work out for me, but mine just had a very serious issue with it.

THIS BY FAR IS THE “WORST” laptop you can buy. It constantly freezes when you open the browser. It’s super slow. Having to constantly restart the laptop. The lights always flashing on it. It’s just not really worth the money it’s best to save more money and get more quality for your money. This laptop was just thrown together with a price slapped on it. Definitely not worth it.

Honestly, this couldn't even keep up with discord. It wasn't really worth the investment and a Chromebook would at least not have had so many pop-ups. Do yourself a favor and get a Chromebook. The processer can hardly keep up with the boot up.

Very slow out of the box. I’ve been on it twice. Was hoping it was at least as fast as other comparable price before discount.

This computer has been with me for just about a month. I had just started to set it up when the computer completely refused to work, wouldn’t open browsers, shut down, close all windows and give error window after error window. Truly the worst purchase I have ever made. Completely non functional.

Purchased this laptop for my child to do elementary-level school work via an app. with simple little games/graphics to work on basic math skills, etc. I could tell it was goong to be an issue when it took 20 minutes to boot up upon initial start up. Using this computer was a nostalgic experience for me, is it brought me back to 1996 with dial-up internet. Without exaggeration, this is easily the slowest computer I’ve used in the past 20 years - so slow it is unsuable. Simply clicking on desktop items (offline) to pull uo setting options, etc, takes several seconds. Doing anything online is near impossible. I wish I could five this 0 stars. Im amazed a product with such poor performance is being produced in 2023. Took it back the next day for a refund.
