Arrived quite dirty with exterior padding and even keyboard showing obvious greasy marks and dirt. Item was not even wiped off slightly. Regarding functional state, system froze and shut down when first attempted to operate, but after restarting it operated fine. In the last few months it has shown a couple of glitches on tablet mode, but very sporadic and I couldn't tell if glitches were due to the device or the OS after an update. The device sound is very weak, but I knew that before purchase. Overall, I find Chrome OS quite efficient and only wish Google would improve its services by avoiding any political postures.

It's a nice unit however, it did not interface with my HP computer and Samsung cell phone. Sadly I had to return it after several appointments with the Greek Squad. They could not fix the problems.

Gave it to my 8 old kid, compact, adaptable size for kids under 10. Worked well until it got hacked. Checked with Best buy expert and they could not fix it. Its a shame that the chrome book IT support is not good enough.

Instead of an IdeaPad Duet3 Chromebook laptop, I received an Ideapad Chrome book 15IJL6 laptop

Have had several Duets over the past few years. The newest version had a problem within 2 months of purchase and they had to replace the motherboard. Within 2 weeks, same issues started again so this time they replaced the entire tablet. On the positive side, I like the size, resolution of screen and the keyboard. But it does seem that the 'detached' key board tends to be problematic. I would prefer that they include a non-detachable key board in the Duet model.

The tablet is fine. Bought it so we can stream shows & movies. Volume is low so have to connect speaker. It arrived 12/2/22, we've probably used a handful of times but a week ago we noticed the battery was dying fast. Now it wont charge or turn on at all (end of January was when we noticed so not even 2 mos). Im just hoping theres a warranty because we're just passed the return deadline & right now its just a $200 paperweight.

Couldn't load many programs that I needed for work fairly worthless

You need the case to stand it up, so you cant do work in bed or anything. It also lags and glitches a lot when I go on the tablet. Sometimes it freezes and wont turn off.

Bestbuy lost this item when it was sent to me. I did purchase it elsewhere after the fact so I can review it. Not a bad tablet but for some reason every once and a while the touchscreen has a mind of its own and does whatever it wants. If it wasn't for this it would probably be a great product but this flaw makes it so hard to use.

Bought this for my 11 year old and have had nothing but disappointment. It ghost taps all the time and is extremely slow, even after restarting and even factory resetting the device multiple times. Just logging in sometimes takes upwards of 2+ minutes

Very slow. Doesn't come with a stylus, which was surprising. Doesn't hold a charge compared with other Chromebooks I use in the office.

Slow, not very comfortable to use in my opinion. Might be better for someone as a first computer or something, like a kid.

Product seemed fine but I never got a chance to use it because it was locked by a previous owner.

Cute laptop but very slow. I bought this to edit videos and start a business but it was just too slow.

I had high hopes for this Chromebook but it didn’t work out. The Wi-Fi quit working and I had to return it.

Probably a good bet if you want a mini-laptop - look at all the 5-star reviews. Physically it's great. I bought one thinking it would work as an Android tablet with some rad extra features (like the Debian Linux environment!). Many Android apps don't work right - the chromebook interface lacks, for instance, the "back" button that is vital for Android. Switching between apps is inconvenient and SLOW. Slower than my outdated Huawei tablet. There are weird idiosyncracies too. The only way to access the Google Clock is to open Google Play, search for Clock, click the app, see that it's installed, and click G. Play's "open" button, EVERY TIME. Then there's the minor but annoying fact that, if you protect it with a PIN, when you wake the machine, you have to dismiss the onscreen keyboard before you can tap the PIN keypad. The longer I used it the more I hated it. Returned.
