Love my new PC! Works super fast and graphics are great! The touchscreen is a plus!

It’s decent product. The tracking pad is not that great. But I like the powerful processor and the combination of LDD5 ram and 1TB SSD. It’s worth. I suggest strongly.

This is a slim and fast laptop. I am giving it 2 stars partly because it was very difficult to get Linux/Ubuntu to work properly on it. This is probably due to the nature of the chip set and not because of a flaw. I have it set up as dual boot and the Windows 11 worked out of the box with no issues. The main reason for the low score is that the battery is nothing like the 80% capacity usually promised for refurbished items and because the return window is so short. I was away from home when the return time ran out and when I realized how poor the battery is. I usually use a laptop plugged in but it is nice to have a decent battery life when it is needed. I can live with this computer but I feel that I made a mistake in buying a refurbished item through Best Buy. They need to hold their supplier's feet to the fire more and insist on better quality.

Works great and looks new. One cosmetic imperfection on the bottom. Great value. Would consider buying another refurbished laptop in the future.

Nice look but already failed after 3 months. Track pad stopped working (hardware problem) case is very fragile.

Do better Best Buy! For a store that sells primarily computers I would expect you to send the correct cord to use to charge my laptop. I called your customer service line to get the right cord for the laptop I was told that I could get a replacement at the store, went to the store they told me I had to call Best Buy to get the part, then called Best Buy only to be told that they won’t replace it. Then I had to ask for a manager to discuss paying so much money on a laptop I can’t use. That was 2 hours of my day trying to get this sorted out.

You cannot beat the performance of this laptop for the refurbished price!!

First laptop showed up with a clearly visible crack along the spine. That kind of damage doesn't happen from bumps in shipping, but it was also shipped with minimal packaging (certainly doesn't help). Very good deal for the components you get, but make sure you check upon delivery because you might find yourself exchanging a few times. These are likely returns that get forwarded to you.

Love this laptop! Works really well for what I needed it for. I was under a budget and it was way more affordable having been refurbished. I also love that it’s a slim laptop as it’s super easy to transport and store.
