Simple amazing. I am very happy with this purchase. From the very sleek design to the sophisticated grey color. I absolutely love it. Lenovo keeps me updated on software and other settings. Windows 11 along with the Office 365 is brilliant. I am not so tech sauvvy so I need to play around some more to figure out some things. Overall, the think book is what it says it is. Love love love it!!!

Fraud! Buyer Beware!

My review is zero stars. I paid full price for a Lenovo 14" ThinkBook. I received a previously used computer with someone else's personal information and credit card information still on it. I contacted Best Buy customer service only to get the runaround, and there was NO resolution, because I was left hanging on a chat waiting for a supervisor for 40 minutes, and they never showed up. Beware consumers. Best Buy sells used computers at full cost. Even more concerning is that they left someone's personal and credit card info on it! I will contact the next!
