First, credit where it’s due: shipping and delivery were impressively fast, and the machine itself is genuinely quick. With the Core Ultra 5, 32GB of RAM, and 1TB SSD, multitasking and office productivity feel snappy and responsive with zero lag. However, I encountered a major reliability issue right out of the box. The screen repeatedly failed to turn on when waking the laptop from sleep or turning it on, even though the power lights indicated the computer was running. I had to hard-restart it multiple times within my first week just to get a display signal, and sometimes the internal monitor refused to initialize entirely. Additionally, coming from an older 13" Dell laptop, the jump to this 16" footprint was significantly larger than I anticipated. It takes up considerable desk space and is noticeably heavier to carry around, so if you are accustomed to ultraportables, a 14" model is likely a much better fit. Because of the persistent display/wake defect, I ended up returning the laptop. Great potential on paper and impressive speed, but the hardware stability wasn't there for a daily workhorse.
