You tell me, received my docking station, upon opening it from the packing, I found the seal placed to seal the box by the manufacturer was cut. This is not new and why was it returned? This is not a rating on the product itself, this is a rating on Best Buy and their business practices.

Pros: Reasonably priced, sturdy, plenty of modern connections along with gigabit ethernet. USB-C cord is about two feet which is welcomed over the 1 foot Thunderbolt docks. Not too long to be cumbersome, and not to short to be infective. Cons: Your PC might not find the ethernet drivers automatically. You will have to visit Lenovo site install universal dock LAN drivers. 2nd issue, I don't recommend installing the audio drivers for this. It doesn't pass USB audio through consistently.

This thing is a little spendy, but it's legit. This is definitely a high quality product from both the fit\finish and the functionality perspective. Comes with the USB-C cable and power brick\cord. Functioned immediately after plugging in the keyboard\mouse and two displayport monitors. Remember that this has it's own firmware that Lenovo software can update - so if there are problems with it behaving strangely check the firmware version for updates.

Works great for my work laptop, no issues with connecting additional items to it!

Great overall charging block. Multitude of applications it can be useful for, and had several different charging ports that makes for a great overall experience.

Issues with the connection from time to time, have to unplug and replug to reset keyboard and monitor connections.

The Lenovo think pad dock made it super easier for my laptop to be integrated in the the setup I was already using

I use this docking station for connecting my laptop to two monitors (one via Display port and the other via HDMI), a keyboard and a mouse, a headset, and a couple of extra hard drives.

I have a few laptops and this universal usb-c dock has been worth the buy. It works well with my hp and lenovo machines. My current office setup supports three 2k monitors and this dock is able to handle the output.

I really like it. It does everything I had hoped for except one thing. I cannot figure out how to turn off the laptop without opening the lid. Any advice would be helpful. It all could be "operator error". Haha! Very easy to set up.

The docking station works great and has all necessary ports

This literally does not work with our home Lenovo laptop. We bought it because my husband has an HP for work, I have a Lenovo, and our home laptop is a Lenovo. Supremely disappointed in a UNIVERSAL docking station that doesn't even work with it's own brand. Three stars because the other two work. Not worth the incredible price tag.

Love this dock. So easy to plug laptop in with one cord and instantly have all my external monitors ready.

Docking station works great. Dependable device that does exactly as stated.

Easy to install and use. Love the fact that you don't have to clip it in like my previous docking station.

So far works great with no issues, plug and play, only thing is I wish it had 2 hdmi ports. Also it does come with all cables needed.

It connects well to all ctype laptops. It charges the laptop as well.

Works great. Keeps wires organized and provides extra ports.
