Does what it should

Very easy to install. Power is not strong enough for my laptop, but laptop is a more powerful Lenovo. However, with the power cord that came with my laptop and the extra power from this station, i get all the power i need for my laptop amd all of the other devices connected. Works well with no issues.
I would recommend this to a friend

Not 4k with three monitors attached.

If your using 3 monitors with this dock, all monitors are forced to be 1080p. The only way to get 4k@60 is if you only use 1 monitor with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It also can support up to three monitors, and 3840x2160 resolution for each, so long as one of the monitors is at 30Hz refresh. Only 1 HDMI Port

Unfortunately this only has one HDMI port so it's difficult to hook up two monitors.
