arrived much quicker than expected, so that's a bonus. set up was relatively painless; no instructions or manual was included -- just the laptop and the power cord were in the box. I had to figure out where the stylus is located on my own. there was no bloatware installed, which makes life simpler for me. the computer seems to be powerful enough for most of the things I do, though it seems a little slow with my photo editing software. overall I am satisfied, so now it's just a question of longevity.

Love this laptop! Only gripe is the weak battery that needs to be plugged in and bulky charger to boot. Otherwise love the touch screen and performance.

This is the best most capable laptop I have worked with in the past several years. As my work computer since 2016, I have had no major issues whatsoever. Because of this...I purchased one for my personal use, I love it!

We had it for two days then it wouldn’t turn back on even while plugged in.
