I bought two of these for my sons. The one I purchased from Best Buy encountered two problems. The first is the jammed left hinge. Although it hasn't worked for over ten months, customer service refused to fix this issue. He attributed it to misuse, and despite my assurances that this was not the cause, he insisted. After a while, two of the keyboard buttons broke, and the answer was that I would fix them at my own expense. So, I decided never to buy anything from Lenovo again.

This is a terrible laptop. I would choose a Chromebook over this. The first problem was the touchpad. I troubleshot this, but the cursor didn't appear, so I used a mouse. The battery lasts maybe two hours unplugged. Now, the fan starts making a horrible noise every time I open it, which makes it impossible to go to the study area because of the noise. I will be buying a new laptop as soon as I can.

I suggest NOT to buy a Lenovo Yoga style computer and not to purchase from Best Buy! The left hinge broke just after the warranty expired after 1 year, and you as the customer are left holding the bag! I spent $550 for this product, and "the Fix" for the broken hinge(without any negligence or lack of care on the users part) would be over $200. Best Buy provides NO reasonable recourse on what is obviously a known problem, but continued to sell the product in any case. I will no longer be a Best Buy customer as a result after years of loyalty.

Less than 60 days and already the S button on the laptop sticks. Microsoft Edge is horrible. It doesn’t allow certain website functions for school work to be used. Also, the laptop gets really hot and the laptop charger cord is very short. And the store in Virginia Beach fraudulently signed me up for a product I did not agree to or was not informed about.

I SHUT DOWN with 80% battery charge. Later (at a coffee shop, airport, etc.) the computer won't start. I find a plug and battery is at 0%. This is as useless as a desktop. Advertised battery runtime is not accurate during regular use either. 16 inch screen doesn't match 15.6 inch industry standard. That little difference is enough that things don't fit like screen protectors, screen privacy covers, neoprene sleeves, etc. Magic Mike talked up the My Best Buy Total plan. He made it sound I couldn't go wrong. Ooooops. My mistake. I read the details afterwards. The plan is not worth the money, and is non-refundable. Magic Mike squeezed the last penny of my money for Best Buy. I won't go back to be tricked again. I can go somewhere else for my electronics and appliance purchases.

We returned this item due to the fact, when we purchased this time we wrote a check and it did not go thru saying it was a fraud risk. This was ridiculous!!!! We ended up having to use a credit card which is not what we wanted to do, we had more than enough money in our checking account. WE had to call your the company that you use to verify our check, which I feel we should not have had to do. NO other company does this and we write checks all the time. After we got home the more we thought about this the more this mad us mad. We return this computer the next day and will not be purchasing from Best Buy in the future. This is terrible customer service.

"I'm extremely disappointed with my TWO Lenovo laptops. The first one experienced a system board failure within 18 months, and Lenovo refused to cover it under warranty and wanted about $500 to repair. The second one has number lock and trackpad failures. Both laptops have been unreliable, and I would not recommend them to anyone."

Crashed in 22 days brought back to bestbuy and they said i should have brought it back in 2 weeks. I told them it didnt lock up in two weeks it was 22 days . They sent me over to there geek squad and was told if i pay 179 a year they will send it out to have it fixed , i guess you know how that went. I tryed getting lenovo on the phone , good luck with that there in China. So now I have an expensive paper weight.

The laptop was defective. It would not charge. Took it back to best buy for a full refund. I’m glad I returned it within the allotted time (15 days) otherwise I would have to deal with the manufacturer. Geek squad had to factory reset the laptop to remove my info because I wasn’t able to reset it myself because it required the laptop to be plugged in to charge to reset which didn’t make sense. The AMD processor seems to be a possible issue as well.

Currently, I'm not liking this purchase. This is the second time, I'm bringing it in for a problem. It's a brand new computer and it's already not functioning properly. This is a terrible inconvenience and the energy I'm expending to get a functioning laptop is exhausting.

This is a very poor product. I will be returning this radio. It will pick up the bluetooth signal from my phone when I'm in the house. It will then turn on the radio while the truck is off and drain the truck battery. Its happened 3 times this week and ruined the battery because it completely discharged it.

Not the best my mouse pad doesnt work. Only have had less then a year bought just for school. I use a separate mouse in order to be able to use it.

Consistent problems with battery, motherboard, usb, hdmi and charging ports and mouse/touchpad, dont buy it wont last 2 years

The hinge came unglued and now my screen doesnt work.
Bought my wife another product same brand for Christmas she used it for 2 days quit working brought to store refunded full price and charged her 250.00 for a lesser product not happy at all

Everything was ok until tochscreen started non functioning at times. It is very erratic even after check all the driver updates. It is a deal breaker i am sick and tired of bestbuy selling defective product brand new out of factory.

Stopped working after 3 months. Do not recommend. Started with the touchpad not working, then the system got slower and now the laptop won't even turn on. Usage has been light - a few days a week. Poor quality product.

8gb ewaste frequency of cursor teleportation(cursor frequently teleports to random corners regardless of trackpad use) is directly tied to cpu usage, updated drivers, disbled touchpad and tried actual mice, clean boot, nothing works.

Very Cheap product. right out of the box the track pad is sticky, cannot be used and it's conveniently out of warranty. Processor is the worst, much slower then others. AVOID THIS PRODUCT--QUALITY IS JUNK
