the laptop is amazing and the touch is very responsive, battery life might not be as good though. it's lacking a bit in the RAM department it would've been better if the RAM was upgradable or if they at least gave an option to add more RAM post purchase

I love that it’s touchscreen, flips and has facial recognition sign in ! only downside is it’s on the larger side to carry but i don’t mind

I love it for school work. Being able to go from typing to touch screen is super helpful for me. The only problem is you can’t download Chrome anymore :(

A little underpowered but very portable and sharp looking design

I got it this for my senior year of high school and it works amazing. I can run multiple things at once without it slowing down.

I wasn't prepared for some of the restrictions with MS, but it still works great for everything I need.

This model was a little heavier than I wanted but so far the speed has been great, the monitor is vibrant, and I love the keyboard (the setup and the satisfying tapping noises). The battery life is excellent - 1 charge lasted a full day of 10 hours of work and personal related activities (constantly on and being used). Perfect for what I need it to do, just wish it was lighter.

Love this laptop, its slim design and aluminim case make this laptop asthetically pleasing. The key board has slightly raised keys with a nice rebound feel when pressed. The keys light up well. The processir is quick and screen gives a clear image.

Love the very large touch screen and the built quality. Keyboard is the best I've seen in many laptop generations. All metal case is wonderful but you still have to watch for scratches and dents as this is not one of those extra pricey ruggedized laptops but still is an upgrade vs plastic laptops. Processor is fast enough even for CAD software and lighter / moderate gaming. Haven't bought a Lenovo laptop in many, many years, and I'm glad I did !

Good Value for the price. Adequate processor for most tasks and good graphics are good as well. Perfect laptop for the average user. the hinges are smooth and touch screen feature works well.

Bought this to replace an 11-year-old laptop that was becoming obsolete. This replacement easily handles its duties, and it meets expectations for a budget/mid-range laptop with plenty of headroom to handle occasional more-complex tasks. I like the sturdy, conservative looking build. I haven't hit the limits of the battery yet, and the screen looks great. The only complaints I have are that the touchpad is too large, accumulating false responses, the sizing of the "backspace key" next to the numlock key, and the overall keyboard experience.

Bought this for classes and honework. Great lightweight and user friendly. Fast for the orice as well. Definitely worth it

This is a good computer so far, I strictly use it for work so I haven’t learned everything about it yet. I will say I don’t like how there is a slide on both sides of the finger pad that adjusts the speaker sound on one side and the brightness of the screen. I have chubby fingers and I’m constantly hitting them. Other than that it’s a good computer for what I need.

For the price, its hard to beat for a screen of this size. Build is all metal and performance is great for daily tasks. You can get by doing light graphically intensive tasks but not much. I would like to see Lenovo show AMD some love and put those chips in higher end PC's

Great price for a great laptop - easy set up and lightweight

It actually helps me with my daily tasks that I have from college and also gives me the power to enjoy time for myself and playing video games on my free time, it’s not the best of the best (like other laptops at higher prices) but it works perfect for the price.

Very good laptop last along time i use this laptop for school and personal work and it hold up very good the only down side is if you are playing a high grapic game it will heat up and the fan will be alittle loud but other than that a solid laptop.

I was teaching an online course when my former laptop ceased to boot and launch Windows. I headed to Best Buy, but the Geek Squad said they could not repair it. I walked over and looked for a laptop under $800 and found this one close to my price point. I like it's internal processing RAM (for this price) and its keyboard that lights up. The touch screen is good, too. I don't worry about storage because I store everything on removable hard drives. The downside is it only has two USB ports. I use one port for a remote mouse and keyboard (I dislike laptop typing and "mousing"). One more USB port for two external drives would be better.

Excellent resolution and sound quality. The AMD processor runs cool and quick. Love the lighted keyboard. Better than average battery life.
