Overall I love the computer. It is very fast and graphics are great. I really like the functionality of using it as a laptop or tablet. I need to get into copilot+ more to fully utilize it, but so far have found it very useful. There are two issues i have had that make it 4 stars instead of 5 stars. My main complaint is that the touchpad is unnecessarily large and gets in the way. The issue is that when I am typing I can’t avoid touching it. So when I am typing, I brush the touchpad and that then moves my cursor somewhere else and what I am typing starts to go there. As you see in the picture, the size and position of the touchpad make it difficult to type and not touch it. You always have to hold your hand and wrist above the computer and never rest your hand if you don’t want to mistakenly move the cursor. It is very frustrating. I have disabled the touchpad and just use the touchscreen. However I prefer to use the touchpad and there are some functions you need the touchpad for and can’t just do with the touchscreen. One other issue is that I have noticed that the screen occasionally flickers to black and then comes back on. It doesn’t turn off or shut down so I don’t lose any work. However it does concern me that this could be an issue with the screen that will turn into a bigger issue in the future.

Got this laptop for school and works well for simple tasks like that. Does not get too hot with it on lap for a while which is good. Had a couple issues with the laptop randomly restarting while on battery power which is why it got 4 stars. Issue went away but still pops up from time to time. Still a great laptop for the price.

Nice graphics, screen size, and the Copilot+ (plus) feature is very helpful. So far, no issues, except a minor one with the (sensitive) power button location/position being on side, keep turning it off by accident!

A good laptop, copilot+ pc this thing can have access to your whole laptop, all files and emails, i have to test it more but basically it does all the work for you. Flips backwards to make a tablet.

Really good computer for everyday tasks. Good for light gaming, but sometimes when I open the computer, it freezes, same with running just Chrome or Word documents, it just freezes for about 20 seconds. I'm not sure why it is. Brightness is really good sometimes, and other times it's ok. Battery is decent, great keyboard, and touch screen. I don't use the tablet mode really, but it is a nice touch, same with the keypad. Not too heavy and great build quality.

Runs great. Keyboard was just a little too large for my hands but it's a large laptop. Great graphics. SUPER lightweight for its size! Loved how slim it is.

A good computer. I have only owned it for a couple of months. Some of the things I have noticed is that the power button is not well placed. There have been a couple of times where I pick up the computer and accidentally turn it off. The camera is okay but not the best quality. I enjoy the touchscreen and the ability to make it into a tablet. The battery life is great for school work. The face recognition to unlock the computer is also not very good. Overall it does what I need and I hope to but it to good use as an electrical engineer.

I’m very pleased with this laptop. It has a modern, up-to-date design and is extremely easy to use. The performance has been excellent, and the one terabyte of memory is a huge plus—it provides more than enough space for all my files and programs. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a reliable and well-designed device.

Works as described. I use it for work (and at home), much faster than my previous HP and lighter. Happy so far!

So far so good. My son is really enjoying his laptop. The screen size is perfect for his desk. The graphics and color on the laptop is great and bright. I will give it some more time and maybe come back with an update but for not the was a great choice for what he is using it for.

Ive been very happy with this product. Its light, quick and so far durable. The touch screen works well. I often times forget it is touch screen. It has HDMI, 1 USB, and can charge on either side C-cable. Battery is pretty phenomenal as well. Very happy with the battery life. Would be nice to have 1 more USB plug.

I really like this laptop, but I had a few issues with it, namely that the first time I tried to pair a stylus, the touchscreen stopped working with my finger. Resetting the computer fixed the issue, and since then, I haven't had any problems. Battery life is great, haven't noticed any issues with performance, and has been fairly reliable.

My new laptop from Best Buy has been a reliable machine. It performs well for work and browsing, and I've had no issues with its speed or functionality. My only small critique is that I wish it were more user-friendly; certain aspects of the interface aren't as intuitive as they could be. Despite this, it's a good computer that I would recommend.

Works as advertised.This is basically the same as the 2023 model with fewer usb ports and a faster processor. So far it's worked very well and I couldn't beat the price. I got it for around 649 on sale during Christmas.
