It’s a great and fast laptop. However, only if you use simple applications or apps that run on arm. If not, many apps are still incomparable with this laptop. Overall it’s a fantastic laptop but it just not right for me because some apps i need couldn’t run on it.

Vivid images, extremely quiet and super light. Only wish it had a variety of ports without having to purchase an adapter.

This replacement laptop was a great purchase. My requirement was a touch screen, but the bonus was the excellent picture quality on the display. It's very clear and easy to read with bright colors. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is how Laptops are meant to function. Reliable, long battery life (including standby), cool an quiet! The OLED screed is the cherry on top. A magnificent machine that checks all the boxes and could be the best windows laptop for 95% of people

Pretty good. The touch screen is a nice feature. Sometimes it randomly blacks out, but otherwise it runs well and fast. The only thing is that I wish it was foldable.

Regarding the random display blackout, we are sorry to hear that you're experiencing this, and we'd like to work with you to try to resolve this issue. To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. You may need to check for updates several times for all system updates to be installed.
Please feel free to reach out to us via the Q& A section of this product page should you have any questions or need further assistance, as your satisfaction is important to us.

I like most everything about this computer. Fast, long duration battery, incredible screen resolution and image quality. The only negative comment, i had a little problem installing a printer driver that was not yet compatible with the processor architecture. I was able to download the drivers and install the printer without using the manufacturer installer. As this becomes a new standard, I expect this 4 to be a 5 pretty soon.

This little laptop is a beast, 14in touch screen is nice and comes in handy, the Snapdragon processor is super fast and although not really a gaming laptop plays Xbox games like madden 25 and ufc 5 very smoothly.
