Leviton 5225 is a 15 Amp, 120 Volt duplex combination single-pole switch/receptacle that provides a switched outlet and a receptacle in a single device. The AC quiet switch uses silver-alloy contacts and the receptacle features double-wire contacts for improved conductivity. The device includes a grounding screw, terminal screws that accept up to No. 12 AWG copper or copper-clad wire, and break-off tabs to allow conversion to separate feeds.
