This machine has served us great. It handles anything we through at it. We are a pet house. It does well with pet hair. Easily cleaned. Very stabile. We use the app all the time. It runs on 110 so a little longer dry cycle but It has both steam dry and heat dry It does not shrink clothes Has great support with the app. Codes are easy to decipher of there is a problem Great for tiny home and co.pact spaces

I have owned this for 7 months and just finally got to move into my tiny house on wheels to start using it so I can finally review it. It washes everything very well. Dries pretty well, sometimes takes a little longer than I might have hoped. It is very noisy though in the environment I have it in. So I don’t know that I would suggest it to other people in my situation. But it is fantastic washer/dryer combo unit for someone who has a “normal” floor to put it on where all the vibration from the extreme spin cycles won’t shake your whole house.

Overall machine is doing whats supposed to. 6 months of regular use at time of review. Ideal for smaller bathrooms and ventless dryer is a big saver. Different modes of washing and smartphone remote as well. Cleans very well. Drying takes little longer than usual which is to be expected with this type of dryer but that doesn't concerns me. Make sure to regularly run your clean cycles, drain the water on the bottom and keep the door slightly open when not in use and you'll be set.

I love my LG Thin Q washer, dryer combo! I purchased a pair of these 20 years ago to alleviate multiple w/d loads of sporting uniforms, towels & sheets of my very athletic 4 children. This machine has been a lifesaver as well. It is compact & is super easy to use! Don’t listen to the nay sayers, this is a fantastic machine!

It is a very good washer, but it does take longer to dry (and that was expected with a small/ventless system). We bought this system because it could fit through the small door opening.

It been leveled by my self and multiple professionals, but still viberates the house with every load. Drives me nuts. I literally cant stay in the house when it doing the spin cycle. Wish I would have considered returning it.

I can promise you this thing is the best investment ever. Works perfect in my grand design solitude 5th wheel. 390rk

Works better than I thought.! took me awhile to learn how to work it but once I figured everything out it’s good to go.!

Washing cycle,cleaning clothes are very good the only problem having is to dry the clothes

This combo is perfect in my condo. It’s quiet, efficient and easy to learn. It’s different but clean, dry clothes are the goal and this machine delivers.

This washer just fit into a hall closet turned laundry. I'm beyond thrilled that I no longer have to drag laundry up and down the stairs. It took me a while to get used to the bells and whistles. We have a small house, so it's close enough to the living room that the spin cycle can be noisy. But I don't have to go downstairs, so to me it's more than worth it. It's small, but I was able to wash my queen size mattress pad. This washer more than suits my needs.

We love her so far (we named her Mini). We purchased her to use in our RV. She is small but mighty. She is perfect for the 2 of us in the RV and saves space because she does both the washing and drying. It is nice to not need a vent for the dryer to operate. It is a little bit of an adjustment from the old standards that we were used to (smaller loads, clothes can be a little damp) but it does what its supposed to do and fits our use perfectly! It can make towels crispy dry if that is what you want. It just takes a bit longer. The LG app tracks the power consumed by her and she is VERY frugal with electricity consumption and water usage as well. We only do about 4 loads a week.

Love the compact size and the efficiency of the washer/dryer combo. Downfalls...the dryer takes a long time to dry. Other than that I'm satisfied with this purchase!

The combo unit was easy to setup/install and it fit perfectly. It’s quiet and performs extremely well. I’m very happy with my purchase!

We own another brand with a ventless dryer and have learned to live with mediocrity. With limited options in the single unit space, we chose the LG over the others and are VERY happy we did - it is efficient, quiet and DRIES the clothes! First time we ran it my wife said “wow - these clothes are HOT”! Time will tell but so far, VERY GOOD!

Great washer /dryer combo. Washes well. Takes a long time to dry clothes. Once you get use to it, very easy to use

Needed a washer dryer combo for our camper and didn't want to put a hole in the side of the camper for a vent so this was perfect. Its a little small but its all we could fit so its fine. Easy to use and the app lets you know when its done if your not right there to hear it. Dying time is a little longer but thats to be expected with no vent.

Great washer, most complaints can be rectified by cleaning the seal after every cycle with a damp paper towel. It originally had some kind of a weird smell at first but that dissipated over time. For our needs, 2-3 people who wash at all times of the day its great. Do loads at night and while at work and wake up and come home to warm dried clothes. The clothes dry well, when you take them out shake them out and they dry out like magic. Saves ton of water vs a top loader.

Far away, the woooorst experience that I had in my life. DONT BUY FROM BESTBUY! CHECK OTHER SELLERS IF YOU HAVE SELF-RESPECT TO YOURSELF! I purchased the washing machine on Jan 7 and it was scheduled for Jan 19, but Best Buy postponed it to a later date. We received a visit from the service team. The men were arrogant, not helpful, and they only had to spend another 5 minutes to turn off the valve, but even though they had enough equipment, they rejected it for only 5 minutes work. As well, the huge washing machine was left at the entrance because they said we could schedule an installation easily if we left it there. It was OK with me! I called the plumber, he fixed the valve within ten minutes (he said Best Buy could probably do it in five minutes). I scheduled the installation for the next day, but no one called me until 1.30, so I wanted to check with customer service on the status. I was told there was a problem and the schedule wasn't routed back, so I was frustrated and they gave me $100 credit and promised to send someone the next day. Again it did not happen, no one called, no one came in, I called Best Buy again and they told me the same - your request was not routed to anyone and they offered me additional $100. :) I am still waiting, the machine stays at the entrance, it is so heavy that I can not move it, I can not get the service that I paid for and no one at Best Buy helps me, they keep rescheduling and offering $100 which is ridiculous. So, my recommendation is that don't buy from Best Buy if you don't want to spend hours for nothing and have the worst experience.
