With great care, I traveled to Puerto Rico to purchase a refrigerator as a Christmas gift for my mother at the Best Buy store in Hato Rey. A month later, I returned to personally coordinate the delivery, ensuring everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. The store sent people who were supposedly qualified to handle the delivery, but they were unable to remove the refrigerator doors to bring it into the house. Without consulting me, they decided to take it back and told me I needed to schedule a new delivery date with more qualified personnel. To make matters worse, my order was later canceled without my consent or a clear explanation, which was incredibly frustrating. Despite all my efforts, my mother still doesn’t have her gift. I’m currently waiting for a response from the Best Buy Hato Rey store to resolve this issue, and I hope they can provide a satisfactory solution and improve their delivery service in the future.

This will be my third delivery attempt. 1st attempt was told that I need to replace a water valve. Home is only 11 years old. 2nd attempt delivery person was very rude and refrigerator was damaged. This will be Best Buys third attempt. I am really feeling like I need to cancel my order. Best Buy has a long way to go to earn my trust as a consumer. It's a shame because they used to be my preferred store for electronics and appliances.
