My issue isn’t with the item itself, but that Best automatically substituted my item with a lesser model without my approval, and it took several trips back into the store and I ended up cancelling and went with Home Depot due to Best Buy having stocking issue with LG products.

Banging and having issues within 3 months of use. The fan is hitting and banging everytime it runs.
