I was so excited to upgrade my home with several LG products. I was advised to steer away from Samsung due to poor customer service, so I gave LG a try. This combo oven is beautiful. A few months ago, I noticed that the fan did not come on in the air fry mode. As I am a Total Member, I reached out to Best Buy first. They offered to send someone to diagnose the problem, but I would have to pay for the repair. As a Total Member, I would be given a 20% discount on the repair service. This unit is still under warranty, so I contacted LG. LG could not find someone to diagnose the problem. I contacted several local appliance repair shops that were willing to come out to diagnose the problem, only LG would not pay them or reimburse me. Since the unit is still covered under the manufacture warranty, I refused to pay for the repair. After more than 30 days of negotiations, LG 'escalated' my ticket and offered to replace the unit. They assured me that they would remove the defective unit and install the new one. I now have the replacement oven in my entry foyer and LG is telling me that (1) it could take up to 14 days to schedule someone to come out to complete the return and installation or (2) they are also telling me that they don't do installations. I can't seem to talk to the escalation team that authorized the return. They are not answering my emails or texts. I'm not sure what my next step should be. I don't know where the new oven came from... Best Buy, maybe? If I hire someone to repair my installed oven, can I sell the brand new unit? It's a question I would like an answer to. I'm sure that I don't want to have this oven sitting in my foyer indefinitely!

Love our new oven/microwave combo. Haven't tried all the features yet, but basic baking and microwaving work great. Clear documentation for operation. Wish I could change some of the obnoxious chiming, but will learn to ignore it (Note about pic - there is a gap at the bottom since our old appliances were taller; just have a little additional cabinetry to install soon)

This oven combo is the best it was easy to install came very well packaged and it works great, I love the app features and the fold down door on the microwave, it cooks perfectly and looks amazing!

I’m very pleased with the microwave/oven combination. The black stainless steel finish is not as dark as I thought it would be, however, it does match the new refrigerator we purchased and goes well in our kitchen.

Perfect fit, took me about 30min to install. Love the air fryer feature.

Looks beautiful. Works well. Lots of controls because there is a convection microwave, oven with an air fryer all controlled from one panel. Am pleased with the way it cooks and looks. And it fit in the 18 year old wall hole!!

My wife loves it. Much nicer than the old unit. That was just a microwave and an oven.

I really love the look of the oven, as well as the top large microwave oven. Our kitchen has an open concept and the oven is loud. Not desiarable for family gathering area.

The microwave is powerful and heats food fast without making it rubbery. Features I Love: SmartThinQ Wi-Fi Connectivity: You can control and monitor the oven from your phone. Super handy when you're multitasking or out grabbing groceries. EasyClean Function: The oven has a self-cleaning option that doesn’t require harsh chemicals or hours of scrubbing. SmoothTouch Controls: They’re intuitive, responsive, and make the whole thing feel very high-tech. Downsides: The fan noise during cooling is noticeable but not a dealbreaker. The smart features are nice, but the app setup took a bit longer than expected. Final Verdict: If you're looking for a stylish, functional, and reliable wall oven and microwave combo, LG delivers. The oven/microwave combo delivers excellent versatility, seamlessly switching between full-scale baking and quick reheating. Its smart settings make it easy to select the right mode, and the convection fan ensures even bake performance. The microwave function is powerful but doesn’t sacrifice space or design quality. Overall, it’s a stylish and efficient appliance that saves counter space without compromising performance.

Overall a good microwave / oven. Really like the air-fry options in both compartments. Microsoft feels a bit weaker than previous Samsung models. But - one glaring issue is that the controls lack any backlight. The text is mid-grey on a black background, and the lack of backlighting makes it a real pain to see the right button to press. The picture here flatters the controls, as it's a modern camera. With the reflections and when you are cooking, this is a weak point for an otherwise good microwave/overn.

Not particularly happy with this combi microwave and oven. Pros: 1. Air fryer modes are good 2. Good convection oven 3. Easy Wifi setup Cons: 1. No backlights on the controls. The font is thin dark grey on black, which is really hard to read. This becomes seriously annoying after a while. 2. Mediocre performance on the Microwave. It works, but it's not blazing fast compared to my previous Samsung combi oven. 3. No sliding oven rack, and not even an OEM option to retrofit. This is hard to understand as this is a routine standard option and LG offers it for other models not bot this one. Overall - would not recommend to buy again.

I absolutely love this oven. the fact that the microwave can double as an oven is amazing. The air fryer feature has been great too. I just wish it came with 3 racks.
