This wash tower is much more convenient than my old side-by-side set we had previously. It is also a lot quieter and it does a wonderful job washing and drying the laundry. I have no complaints about this product.

I do love my washer machine the only problem is I brought mine opened back thinking it was returned due to the dent on the right side so I’m checking it out it seems fine till I get it delivered and it rocks very loud on the spin cycle and that’s probably the real reason it was returned so I feel played and wish to get a replacement on you guys cause it doesn’t say on the open box product make lots of noise while washing

Purchased this set as it was the only one that could be delivered in a timely manner. We switched from GE to LG after the GE’s kept going out on us. As a result of the problems with the GE’s, we wanted LG because of the fact that they will communicate with the phone and alert us as to the issue and whether or not a tech is needed. Washer and dryer has standard cycles, but if you add the app to your phone and connect the units to your network, you can push other cycles to the units. They will also alert you when the cycle is complete. It also offers a night fresh mode so the clothes will tumble at night quietly. These are great units and my wife couldn’t be happier.

I am still getting used to these as they are smaller than the side-by-side...but love the space they give me in my small laundry room... They are lovely to look at and are easy to use as the "buttons" are in the middle for both units....

The unit fits in tight spaces, the wash and dry “talk” to each other - meaning if I do a delicate wash, the dryer knows and sets to delicate!

I love my LG wash tower. The 2 man team that installed my unit were absolutely amazing! GREAT JOB! COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!
