So far, so good. I used to take my king size summer weight comforter to a local launderette because my old 11-year old front loading washer couldn’t handle it. I tried it in my new LG washer and had no problem at all. The washer is quiet, doesn’t move when in spin cycle even with a big load, and clothes emerge in good order and retaining their shape. I have no need for the built in intelligence — I just wanted an efficient washer, not a computer, but it seems impossible these days to buy simple.

Glad I’ve invested in the LG washer and dryer set. Super quiet and functional. Easy to operate! Cleans clothes very well. Also love how you can operate the machines via the LG ThinQ app. (Set up/connecting the machine via the app is required). Once your machine are connected, you can Modified/ program load cycle(s) within the app. Super cool how the app give you maintenance advice on how to take care of the machine(s) to eliminate orders and up keep! What also impressed me was when I washed a queen comforter and during the spin cycle the machine did not shake or make a lot of noise! I was shocked! Just make sure upon install and setup, that your machines feet or on the pedals, that they are leveled on even ground. A must buy! You’ll be impressed!

This is the 2nd LG we’ve owned any love it. Bought the LG matching dryer first, and realized we were fools not to buy the Washer, as well. The hi-tech features are wonderful, and simple to understand. The clean, modern look really elevates our laundry room. The subtle modern lights at night really add modern elegance to our laundry room. Not only great looks, it’s extremely quiet and the Steam - M6 Motion technology is a game changer. The Delivery team was prompt, super nice and beyond helpful. So glad we went with this model. And the price we got being a Best Buy was the Best in town.

Outstanding washer that performed very quiet and smooth. A positive review well worth the price. The first thing I washed was our comforter to see the spin cycle in action. Vibration was non existent, the washer ran extremely quiet on all steps of the washer. I next ran a full load with jeans and towels. The washer set the spin cycles on its own, and a speed faster than with the comforter. Again it ran quietly and smooth running with out noise and problems. Very happy with my purchase with no regrets. I’ll be purchasing an LG Dryer when this is paid off. I Love LG

Second washer purchase - first being a used Whirlpool that was probably 20+ years old. So it’s hard to compare. I just put my first load in - don’t be daunted by all the options, it’s not hard. Washer dryer look like a work of art (white) and is so quiet compared to my old malfunctioning washer that I still pinch myself. Way more capacity than my old top loader too.

Easy to use, easy to maintain and my clothes actually come out clean and smell phenomenal just like when my mom did washed my clothes as a kid growing up. Best part about this product is my energy costs went down about 20 to 30 dollars a month from the previous front loader that came with my house.

These work great! Quiet and efficient. I use the Quick Wash and Time Dry cycles and fully finish a load in about an hour. They even get smelly teen clothes clean on Quick Wash. The color is also very beautiful! Great buy!

excellent washing machine, efficient and quiet also with good capacity

It runs so quiet i cant get over it. Our laundry hookups are located in our bedroom and you could start a load of laundry and pass out if you'd like to. It also has an app alert that tells you when the load is done so if you walk away you can get buzzed on the phone. The only negative is that being a front loader you will want to dry off the inner door and rubber seal after each load to avoid any musty water smell. Gets a 4.5 outta 5 from me!

I purchased this washer along with the matching dryer. I am extremely happy with the ease and performance of this machine. Also, ecstatic that my comforter fits in the washer!

When we sold our house, I have to say I was dreading leaving behind our Whirlpool washer and dryer set that had served us faithfully for almost 9 years. No issues, no problems, worked perfectly. Based on my research, I decided to go with this LG set, and after 3 months now, we've been very pleased. They operate quieter than the Whirlpool units and seem to work more efficiently. The gas dryer quickly dries the close. The washer has many settings so you can get the exact wash cycle that matches the load. Very easy to use once you get familiar with the settings. Awesome value for the price, considering what other brands are selling for.

We bought another brand of front load washer couple months ago and it had several technical issues right out of the box. Bestbuy was very helpful and helped us to exchange with this LG washer. The control panel is much simpler to use and it is very smooth even on the 32" rails (Highly recommend and much easy to move around). Overall, it is a much better front load washer and we are happy with its performance. One thing about this front load washer, please do not use too much detergent and dilute the softener to help the built-up. Bestbuy does not put mid-price range LG washer on special sales too often. You need to wait and shop. That is why I only give 4 star on value.

Love my washer very good very good. I’m saving electricity not wasting water. I have no complaints. I love it. I’ve own them for two years and so far they’ve been amazing washers and dryers. Love the app that it tells me Love the app. It tells me that if anything’s wrong I love that. It helps me when you washer has ended. I love it. It tells me when the wash has been done. Hold up very good so far! 2 years also my basement is not any best conditions or quality, but it has kept up really good

I love my new LG washer; it’s very spacious and so easy to use! I wash my comforters without any problem and I can wash up to 5 big towels per load! Totally an energy saver and it is soap efficient. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Went between a few brands for a front load washer dryer set. This one had highly recommended reviews and was easy to purchase, looks modern, is quiet, sings a song when complete, and the 3rd party delivers were super nice!

So far my washer has been great. I have no complaints about the product but beware of the Best Buy customer service and delivery team. The delivery team not only put two holes in my wall while delivering the products but cracked the pan underneath my appliances that I was planning to reuse. I was directed to order a new pan and call back to have the team come out and replace it (which Best Buy does not offer pans on their website so I had to order a new one on amazon) and since I did not order one from Best Buy, customer service said they cannot send the team back out to replace the new pan I was instructed to order...... They instead offered me a $25 gift card to their store. What a joke. The gift card does not even cover the cost of the new pan I ordered and now I have to figure out how to lift the washer and dryer myself to get my new pan underneath. Absolutely horrible experience. I will be canceling my Best Buy credit card and will never be ordering appliances from Best Buy again. I do not recommend them because they created an issue and were not able to help me.

I've had this washer for a little over a month now and I couldn't be happier. Free install from Best Buy. Make sure you have a drain pan for the washer or Best Buy will not install (at least that's what the initial installers & Best Buy support told me after the fact. So I had reschedule them to come back to install. It doesn't show this as a requirement on their site or in the cart either.). It's large size is good for washing items like comforters with no issue. Haven't played with the Built-in Intelligence yet but so far so good.

Easy operation, spacious capacity, easy to keep clean. Great match to the companion dryer.
