We needed to replace our 12 yr old Kenmore and this LG was Consumer Reports top buy. So far so good, getting our clothes clean. It's larger capacity from our older machine means we are doing fewer loads.

This washer is awesome. The amount of different options available for different washing needs are very diverse, and work great. We have a young child, and have been running loads almost every day since we've had it and it's been running great. No issues with clothes not being washed properly or damaging clothes

I like the LG brand. I have found it to be very dependable. This washer is quiet and easy to use.

Great replacement from our old Samsung washer dryer combo, but lets be honest, these machines have waaaay toooo much technology than we can possibly use. I am buying the washer and dryer for how it looks more than how many features it has. Essentially you turn it on and it washes your clothes. Everything else is just noise. I will say that this combo is more quiet than our previous Samsung front loading combo.

This washer is a good machine. My only issue is one of very minor in my personal case, I am unable to change the handing of this with out taking it apart. BestBuy did offer to do it before delivery but I was not sure if I would want that. This works as it should and is very simple to use. I do not use the WiFi options as that is a bit overkill for my needs.

We bought this dryer to replace an old Whirlpool dryer that had failed. We are very happy with this dryer. Not only does it dry clothes in a shorter amount of time but the clothes are less wrinkled than those from our old dryer. The dryer is also extremely quiet. We are very happy with this purchase.

Beautiful design. I love my new washing machine. Way quieter than my last one.

Quite wash cycles and has good load capacity. The install was good just make sure your connections are on the same side of the washer as the hose that drains the water was shorter than our other washer so we had to slide close the the wall to get it to fit.

The Best Buy Lakewood earned my business with a big sale on large appliances because Darwin and Cesar stepped up, knew exactly what they were doing, put together a great bundles and packages for me, answered any questions I had. Also, I had a couple of mechanical issues which they got fixed immediately and replaced the machines that needed to be replaced. Great service, super cool. Hands-down.

Quiet operation, good capacity, settings to customize your wash this machine is a good buy. Will put to test the remote (wifi) operation feature shortly, originally discarded the idea but has advantages when time is limited and you need to start washing before arriving from somewhere else. this insure the cycle is complete and I have enough time to dry the clothes before leaving the house again.

I love this dishwasher! So far, so good. It’s quiet. My clothes come out clean. I don’t mind the little maintenance I do to keep it in optimal performance, cleaning the inside rings & leaving cracked open. I’ll take that to not having unclean clothes.

This was a vast improvement over our old washer. The controls and features we have used all work as advertised. I have not used the app or high tech features at all. I have not had issues with smells. Thy only complaint I have the the overall depth the door sticks out 2" more then our old washer so if you have a tight space fro depth measure well at the middle of the door.

Love doing laundry because of this machine. My clothes feel much better
